I would give it 0 star if there was an option. I mean it's unacceptable. I do appreciate the ladies cleaning the place but if I have to pay for someone to clean, I'm expecting no dust left in common areas. This is not even standard cleaning. They came unprepared, they didn't even vacuum!!! They said the vacuum broke... they promised to shampoo the carpet but when they got here they said they couldn't do it. It's beyond upsetting. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS CLEANING SERIVCE. It's almost like a scam.... My house is still dusty, it doesn't even feel clean. And to charge for a half ass service like this is not fair. read more

April and team has a warm and caring vibe, I felt comfortable having them work on my property. Firstly, There was flexibility in the day for me to allow an "open time frame" as we started work two hours after the proposed time. We communicated after the fact, I would've appreciated knowing ahead that we would start late as I would've dealt with other items in the interim. That being said, when they arrived I was more relieved than aggravated.. We had a big job to do- one dirty kitchen and three bathrooms. I communicated with April that my wish was that they had more clean towels or use my paper towels instead of washing and reusing. But am so grateful for their help that day and they did the best they can do! Thank you April! Would hire again-but had to -1 star for not good communication up front. I was hoping to keep this incident off of yelp and even attempted to work with April outside the platform but she did not want to do so, therefore here I am writing this review. I'll be attaching photos of April's finished work results below as well. If you don't feel like reading the whole story here's a summary. There were so many issues leftover it was like no one came to clean...They dusted around items instead of actually picking them up and dusting, they didn't clean the cutting board in the kitchen so I had to scrub it myself, I specifically asked April to clean the base boards and fans and even walked through the house with her before starting and none of that was done. The pictures honestly say more than I could but if you want the full story continue to read below. April at first was very accommodating to my schedule, I had to change the date several times due to complications in my schedule but she still came when we finally agreed on a date. April and I had decided 12PM she would begin, she texted me at 11:45 letting me know she was on her way and would be there right at noon however she ended up being late anyways and she didn't arrive until 12:20. I had some organizing to do at the house so I was planning on remaining at the house while she was cleaning. I let her and her partner come in and from the looks of it she seemed promising, had a bucket etc like a normal cleaning service wood. She walked through the house with me as I showed her the things I wanted specifically cleaned and got right to work. They finished in 1 1/2 and I thought to myself this was great! Later that night I was putting items away and noticed the base boards were still completely filthy! I got frustrated being that I specifically pointed them out to her to be clean but I let it go thinking it was just a one time fluke...boy was I COMPLETELY wrong. I now have a LONG list of things that were left uncleaned, some mentioned above but if you look at the photos even the window sills are left completely disgusting, one with a dead fly just left there!!! I paid $150 for this crap??? I then check out the fans in the room, none were dusted, my cabinets were still so dusty, and when I moved stuff around on the counters there was dust everywhere! I texted April with photos of the work and she offered to return to fix it, I honestly at this point did not want her service again but asked if she could return $50 to me for the inconvenience and not doing her job correctly. I didn't see the point in asking for a full refund because they did do some work and they drove out here but $50 I think was reasonable... April told me she didn't do refunds and I was beyond disappointed at that response given the results she left me with. If I were her I would have issued the refund IMMEDIATELY! I would have been so embarrassed for a client to send me photos like that only 2 days after my services. Anyways if you want a crappy cleaning job go ahead and hire them but I would steer clear if you are looking for actual quality work. I'm definitely going to be posting this on my neighborhood pages to let others know how bad of work April did and to beware of her company. Basically paid 400 for work I could have done in an hour. April was very responsive when setting up the cleaning but day of the actual cleaning I was left disappointed when arriving home. I had checked with April beforehand to see what type of cleaning I was going to be getting for that price and it seemed great but most of what she said would be done was not. Streaks were left of my mirrors, looked like items had just been moved around and not actually cleaned, didn't wipe down cabinets or even touch the kitchen except to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and not even run the dishwasher. A lot of the services I thought we would get with a deep clean and for the price we were paying did not happen. April just ended up telling my husband that those services were separate and more money?? Although my husband said April and her partner were nice, he mentioned they were very awkward and unprofessional. After they had left, Aprils partner came back to my door to say he left something. Thinking he left cleaning supplies or something my husband let him in and he walks into my kitchen, opens the fridge, and takes out his lunch??? We wouldn't have minded had he asked if he could store his lunch in my fridge beforehand but how unprofessional is that!!??? My husband was in complete disbelief. I contacted the cleaning service to clean my im laws 1bed/1bath back house before moving in and it was a total waste of money. April quoted me $140. Upon arrival I stated I was concerned mostly about the kitchen,bathroom, dusting, and sofa disinfecting. She advised it was no problem. Fast forward 2-2.5 hrs later, I get a text that she's done. When I come out I give her to money and run out to do errands for the day. My husband and I come back and noticed that the home is still dirty. April and her assistant cleaned the refrigerator, microwaves, window seals, floor, and disinfected the sofa. The oven and stove top were still crusty, cabinets were not wiped down nor was the restroom. What I had specified wasn't even done. When I reached back out I was offered a free cleaning service and I accepted to give them a second chance. Mind you the original cleaning occurred on 10/7 and the redo was supposed to occur 10/22. Since I gave her a time that worked for me she confirmed and I left the ball in her court. Day prior:no contact. Day of:no contact. Day after: no contact. how do you do a deep cleaning of a house and don't clean the bathroom tub or mop the kitchen floor? as i am writing this, we are still finding things that were missed or half cleaned. this seems to be a young start up business that need to go back to step "101". they need to shadow other reputable companies that have been around for years. you never say your done when there is dirt ,dust, and debris left throughout the house. april told us they were done cleaning. we had to go back and point out that the bathroom tub had not been cleaned. behind the toilet there was trash. the living room furniture had been half dusted (they dusted around the items without moving them). the living room floor had, and still has dust that is clearly visible. the kitchen table was dirty along with dirt that was on the floor and under the table. the cutting board still had food on it. there are too many issues to list. perhaps this is the way they clean their home, and thought this would be acceptable. we were told by april , that it was her partner who missed the areas in question. we asked april to go back and check their work ,then let us know if it was up to her satisfaction. again , they missed the obvious. we also went back and read the reviews. we noted that there was only 2, and they were all move outs. we would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. read more

Wanted to get my eldery mothers home cleaned that has beginning stages of Alzheimers. Contacted the person on this ad. I specifically asked for basic cleaning and offered $150 instead of the $100 she requested. I told her I wanted someone reliable and needed to get her SMALL one bedroom Cleaned. I told her to dust, clean rr and kitchen and do floors twice. Its a SMALL apartment. I watched her on the cameras and had my aunt check her work. It was like a child cleaned. Behind her bedroom door was trash and dust on the floor. The floors were dirty like she cleaned with a dirty mop ONCE. The bedroom dresser had gunk and sticky stuff that I cleaned after work and the counters were sticky. When I called her to please go back and clean the floors thats why I paid extra , she said that was her tip and she'll clean twice when I have her return. You're a joke and I would not have her clean a liter box. Sad part is I was upfront about my care for my mom and she just took the free money. Thank goodness I am not that desperate for money to do this to a senior. Not only shame on her but karma is real. I pay well and tip good and this person is a joke. Don't hire her she's a rip off and I hope she gets her karma. Luckily I'm not hard up for money like her and hired someone else today to go and clean again. I paid again and my moms house is clean.
