The service only costed me about 20$ and took just around 15 mins to complete. When I returned the staff had me try my watch on and it was just a little too tight, so he took it back and made a quick adjustment then and there and gave it back; just like that it was the perfect fit. These guys are very smart and know a lot about jewelry and watches, they are definitely worth the quick stop by if you need any of their services! The only criticism I could think of is when both of the workers are busy at their work benches it may take a while to get their attention, and you might wait a while till they can get to you. Service was great from beginning to end. Our first day there, our SA was very helpful and patient with us. There was no pressure for purchase. Second day, we were the only customers in the store at that time so two SAs were helping us that day. They explained to us the additional 3-year warranty that we opted out of and the GS9 club. They served us whiskey and sake, an exclusive sake that is only purchasable in Japan and they no longer serve it at GS and it was the smoothest sake I've ever had, as congratulations. Like the timepieces, you can tell the staff at Grand Seiko shops (at least this one) have the same depth of sophistication and thoughtfulness as the timepieces they sell. I've bought from Rolex, Tudor, etc, and based on the quality of craftsmanship and wonderful experience I had at this location I'm officially on the Grand Seiko train
