Honest, Legit, and Transparent. Thank you for being friendly & patient - especially for someone like me not having a peer-to-peer mobile payment app that allows users to easily transfer funds from a linked financial institution account to another recipient - I did have PayPal, tho! I had only tried them on inside my house for about 30 seconds, but when I brought them back, the store manager immediately refused the return. He looked at the bottom of the shoes and claimed I had worn them outside just because there were a few tiny pieces stuck in the sole. I explained that it was cat litter from my floor, not dirt or rocks, but he didn't care. What made it worse is that he didn't even ask to see my receipt -- just jumped to conclusions and treated me like I was trying to return used shoes. The shoes were basically brand new, and I followed all the return conditions. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. However, my experience this week has been unacceptable and has seriously damaged my willingness to shop with you again. Last week, I purchased a sweat suit for my child. When we realized it did not fit, I promptly returned to the store to exchange or return the unworn item. My request was an exchange for a bigger size by a staff member (a short gentleman with glasses) who cited the presence of a single piece of white lint on the suit as grounds for invalidating the exchange. The suit was never worn by my child, and the refusal to process an exchange over such a minor, superficial detail is unreasonable, shortsighted, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, especially for a long-standing customer.
