My husband and I popped into this location to grab something to drink. We ordered the cold brew coffees - vanilla bean latte and Vietnamese latte. The service when we ordered was great. The gentleman was friendly and helpful when I asked questions in the vanilla bean latte cold brew coffee. My husband and I both enjoyed our drinks.

$10.25 for a cuppa coffee because they don't warn you but if you choose what kind of milk to put in it

WARNINg! I am disgusted that my coffee cost $10.50 and I wasn't worn that choosing what kind of milk I want in it was going to be extra and all the extras added. How dare you! I come to the zoo to eat at Reggie's and usually order their delicious Francisco coffee that cost three dollars Today I decided I would spend six or seven dollars on my way there and get coffee bean which is delicious coffee when the girl asked me what kind of milk I wanted in it I had no idea that was gonna take a six or seven dollar coffee to $10.50. I will never ever go to coffee bean again. You should tell your people to inform the customers that if we choose what kind of milk we want in our coffee will be charged so much extra. Starbucks doesn't do that. You have lost a customer for life over this deception not only that I have to stand on my tippy toes and look up into the sun because the truck is so high up to pay, but I got screwed on top of it. How dare you charge for every little thing and make it an extra that usually comes with as choices for a coffee. Let me let Starbucks be recommended for not doing this, but I will always give my Coffee business to Reggie and not ever go to coffee bean again. $10.25. I could've bought a bag of coffee for that. How dare you deceive us at least tell the people who work there to let people know this verbally we're not reading it on any sign because no one expects to get to have an option of what kind of milk to put in our coffee will take a seven dollar cup of coffee to $10.50dumb dumb dumb of your company all way goodbye as you go out of business for doing this to people

I have been coming to this location since they opened and I love it. The team never fails to make the best drinks, be friendly , and bring a smile to my face. Shout out to Abraham, Julia, for holding down the fort and always maintaining the location clean and the vibes right. They are also dog friendly, which is a plus for Glendale residents . Today I specifically got a small ice blend matcha with almond milk. ( it's my spring/ summer go to) .

Love this shop right by the Trader Joe's - so convenient before or after grocery shopping! The staff here is kind, efficient, and answered my questions about milk substitutes (which by the way, they seem to carry all of them: oat, almond, soy, and coconut.) I got a frozen hazelnut coffee with soy, no whip and it was great!

It is surprising to me that it has been 6 years since i have darkened the doors of this Coffee emporium. It just goes to show you how a first impression of a person and of course a retail business can hang around for a long time. I decided to come here after some mini mall shopping at Walgreens and Trader Joe's. I was pleasantly surprised on several fronts: service, cleanliness of the unit, adherence to COVID protocols and most importantly...quality and brew of the Coffee. The Millennial woman who waited on me was pleasant, eager to do a good job but obviously in training or very new. Pleasant and Eager are good qualities with which to start. One problem was in communication...meaning: my wearing a mask and the thick protection shield between the young lady and myself caused me to practically shout out my requests. But i guess sticking to protocols and keeping everyone safe is more important than not. I had a "dark" roast which was full of blackberry, pecan and lemon notes. The coffee was also brewed with enough ground coffee to make the cup i had strong and robust from the beans natural caffeine. Good Stuff! I also bought an "Everything" bagel and i asked them to toast it extra browned: which they did. The Bagel itself was bought from a good source: one that knew their way around mass production of Bagels. I also ordered, the reported in the newspapers as sparse, hard to come buy Cream cheese. They gave me 2 portion cups here when one was plenty. i took the other home, just in case. (i mean you never know when .5 oz of cream cheese will come in handy). As with most people who appreciate a good Cuppa Joe every morning, i am happy to find another joint in Glendale with bold, well brewed, strong Java! Cheers!

Crazy foamy travesty cappuccino- wtf are you kidding me???
    Jonathan L.

If you have any discerning palette for real espresso, skip this place. I asked for a regular cappuccino, and the Barista replied me unprompted, "We don't make cappuccinos like they do at Starbucks; what you're looking for is a latte", to which I replied "No, I drink espresso, I know what a proper cappuccino is. I don't want a latte." And then the cappuccino comes back insanely overly foamy (not the thick creamy consistent foam you'd expect from any respectable Third Wave cafe, but the gross thin kind that has the consistency of meringue), with PIPING hot milk/coffee on the bottom. Disgusting! Wtf is this? This is not a cappuccino. This is the equivalent of dirt-tasting coffee you'd buy at a gas station.

Second time I come here in the morning and find this place very convenient to start your day sometimes. There are some tables outside and comfortable seats inside. Big parking shared with next door Trader Joe's. Guys here are always welcoming and professional. Wide range of snacks, croisants, sandwiches and salads.

I notice they now have a sign where you can only work on a laptop for an hour (I've worked on a laptop there in the past and stayed for2 but I don't think it was a rule back then). Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Walking into a coffee shop should feel welcoming. Instead, most visits feel cold and uncomfortable. There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. I wanted to support this business, but after many visits and the same experience over and over again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had more of a milkyness to it and not much strong coffee flavor if what you desire is the flavor of the bean. As for food, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Croissant and Turkey Baguette. One thing I appreciated immediately was the parking. There is plenty of street parking, a parking structure directly across the street, and additional parking nearby, so getting there was surprisingly easy. As soon as we walked in, the owner, who was sitting near the entrance, warmly welcomed us. We initially started walking toward the cozy booth section in the back, but were told that area is reserved for dinner service and wasn't open... We weren't the only ones confused, as another guest came in shortly after and tried to sit there as well. That left us deciding between a few café tables downstairs, outdoor seating, or the upstairs loft. We first tried upstairs, but there were only a couple of two-top tables available. One was occupied by guests working on laptops, and the seating felt a little close together. The remaining tables were reserved for larger parties, so we ended up heading back downstairs. One of the available booths faced the restroom, which isn't my favorite, but I simply sat on the opposite side and it worked out just fine. Once we got settled, everything improved. Our server was friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. I ordered the French baguette turkey sandwich, while we also tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which both the server and the owner highly recommended. The owner even mentioned it's what he personally eats almost every day, and I can see why, it was delicious. We also ordered fries to share along with two hot lattes: a chai tea latte and a mocha. Both coffee drinks were excellent and easily some of the highlights of our meal. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a coffee date. Before dessert, the owner recommended the mini pancakes and the waffles, with ice cream. They both looked great, but I've had similar desserts at several other cafés recently, so I wanted to try something different. I ordered the brownie with ice cream instead, and I'm so glad I did. It was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. One thing the owner emphasized was that they use fresh ingredients without preservatives and focus on quality. After our meal, I believe it. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with care. Our total for two people, including tip, came to about $120. It's a little on the pricier side for a café, but you're also paying for the ambiance, quality ingredients, attentive service, and the overall experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit. My only suggestion would be to make the seating situation a little clearer for first-time guests, since several of us naturally gravitated toward the closed dining section. Other than that, the welcoming hospitality, quality food, excellent coffee, and relaxing atmosphere made this a place I'd happily return to.
