The app has good offers from time to time as well so I'd recommend downloading it. The location inside is quite spacious. There are many tables inside and patios seats outside the main entrance. The staff here are personable and easy going. Coffee bean offers delicious drinks and teas and dairy free options. The food items are just an ok for me. I've found myself coming here more often than ever before. I personally like this location for its convenience and easy mobile ordering and pick up from the drink thru. This Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location is the closest to us. We find ourselves ordering through the drive-thru often and usually get their iced Vanilla Latte with oat milk. Download the app if you haven't done so. They offered 50% my first drink order. My husband and I decided to actually go inside on this Easter Sunday morning. Ordering was easy and the cashier that helped me was very friendly. This time, I ordered their regular-sized Cold Brew Vanilla with oat milk. We really enjoyed it! It wasn't too sweet and not too bitter. My husband and I finished this drink right away! You can't go wrong with their Vanilla flavored coffee. It was just the right amount to give us the energy boost we need. I probably should have ordered the large size. Next time! Regarding their ambiance, it's nice, clean, and very organized. There are tables near the front entrance, good for bigger groups, and smaller tables for up to two people along the side of their windows. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf will always be one of my favorite coffee shops. I love the ambiance - the wood tables and metal chairs, color scheme, and purple straws! I usually will drive past several Starbucks to get to CBTL and that's fine by me. It's totally worth the drive. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location is a mixed experience. I did not like my beverage, but the service and convenience is outstanding. I ordered the regular Iced Matcha Cream Strawberry Latte ($6.55). I waited 33 seconds. So fast! (... I use a stopwatch) The staff member (Ash) is welcoming and helpful. This location is clean, well-ventilated, and wide. There are many seats and tables. The area includes several electrical outlets for laptops and charging cables. The parking lot is also very convenient since it's huge! There's also a drive-thru. However, the Iced Matcha Cream Strawberry Latte tasted unremarkable. It's a gloopy drink with very sweet strawberry syrup. The matcha flavor is prominent, but the texture resembled a melted milk yogurt. Have been going here for years, we order a kids temperature hot chocolate every time and this time they gave us a regular temp hot chocolate which proceeded to burn my nephews chest and peel his skin. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after multiple bad experiences at this Coffee Bean location, I feel compelled to share my experience. This morning, I ordered a matcha drink with oat milk through the drive-through and clearly specified that I needed oat milk. When I received my drink, it was coffee instead of matcha. I went inside and politely asked for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the replacement drink was made incorrectly as well, this time with regular milk instead of oat milk. This was extremely frustrating because I cannot have dairy due to digestive issues, and I had already explained that I needed oat milk. After a second correction, they finally made the drink properly. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is not my first negative experience at this location. About two weeks ago, I came through the drive-through and was met with a rude attitude from an employee. During that interaction, the employee dropped my credit card on the ground in the middle of the drive-through. I chose not to leave a review at the time because I wanted to give the location the benefit of the doubt. However, after today's experience, I feel this is part of a larger problem. The repeated mistakes with orders, lack of attention to customer requests, and poor customer service are unacceptable. The overall atmosphere also felt unprofessional. My husband, a veteran who was in the bombing of Beirut, went to enjoy his free cup of coffee on Veterans Day here. He had no military ID because he only has exit papers that he doesn't carry and hasn't ever been to the VA to get any benefits so he doesn't have a card. He does however have a marine tattoo and integrity. He would never use stolen valor for a free cup of coffee. He was DENIED. I am disgusted by this lack of respect for a veteran. He paid for his coffee the day before Veterans Day and planned to do so the day after. He was disappointed to say the least. The service here could be better. Some days I walk in and nobody even acknowledges my presence until they are ready to take my order. I understand they're busy, but a simple smile or "I'll be right with you" would suffice. Makes it less awkward when I'm standing there waiting to make eye contact with somebody! I usually get a hazelnut iced coffee or latte with extra shots. My hazelnut iced coffee has been consistent but the latte sometimes tastes like there's no espresso in it! Also, I asked for a water with my drink once and they charged me $0.25! I would understand if that's all I got, but I just bought a $7 coffee, and you can't give me a free cup of tap water? That's a bit absurd. The hazelnut ice blended drinks here are my favorite. It's basically a milkshake with a hint of coffee lol - definitely better than Starbucks Fraps. Recently they handled an order mess up of mine very professionally and I wanted to give them a five star review for it. I had had some difficulty ordering, but had confirmed at order of two breakfast burritos, two donuts and a coffee. I was only given the breakfast burritos. Must have been tired cause I thought I had coffee as well. When I got home no coffee and donuts. My wife was mad. I went back the next day and they gave me the rest of the order without really any hassle. Come to find when I looked at my card statement they had only ever charged me for the burritos. This Coffee Bean location is located at the corner of Grand Ave. and Historic Route 66. I stopped by last Friday during National Tea Day, where a regular-sized tea was only $0.60. It was too good of a deal to pass on. I am more of a half & half (no sugar) coffee drinker than a flavored tea drinker, so I asked the barista for recommendations. I ordered through the drive-thru and it was pretty efficient and quick. I ended up ordering an unsweetened Orchard Peach Iced Tea, without the ice, as I was afraid it would be watered down before I finished the drink. Orchard Peach Iced Tea ($3.45 regular) Our full flavored teas chilled over ice for a refreshing addition to your day. The sweet, succulent flavor of orchard fresh peaches perfectly complements the green tea grown in China. The discount was not scanning in my app, but the barista working in the drive-thru suggested scanning the regular one in my app, which worked! A note to myself, in the future, always check the website or app to see what ingredients are in drinks before arriving to order, or just order online. I tend to forget that drive-thru menus do not have extensive information, i.e. ingredients listed in the drinks.
