I received a few quotes with varying prices and couldn't decide, therefore I also did a Google search of reviews of the various places to help me make my decision of where to take my vehicle. GP, which is 45 mins away from my home, and an hour in traffic from my work, quoted me a flat rate with parts and labor included, which was $20 more than a shop in my neighborhood. The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. Use the Project tool to receive quotes, etc, but do extra homework and know exactly how much a service will cost you in exact pricing, considering your travel (gas) expenses, and time when comparing.

Bought new tires, with balance, to replace the POS OEM tires on my car. Price for the new tires was fine especially with the $100 discount for getting a Belle Tire credit card. Tires were not in stock at the store, but they got them in a couple hours. I was told there was an additional $50 discount from the manufacturer, but when it came time to pay I was told that was a mistake. Not a real big deal since the price was reasonable with the $100 off - but still irritating. This is where the good stuff ends. As I was driving home there was a loud 'CLUNK' from the rear. Went back and had things checked out and was told everything was OK - and it seemed that way until I noticed an irritating vibration that was occurring at various speeds - but wasn't a regular vibration as would be experienced with a single out of balance tire. I took the car to a different shop to have it checked and it turns out that 2 of the 4 tires were out of balance and the lug nuts on one wheel weren't tightened properly (this is AFTER Belle Tire said they had removed and remounted all four on my initial return to have the clunk noise checked out). Also, when Belle Tire did the balance they didn't remove the old weights, just added more after the new tires were mounted. Proper procedure is to remove old weights and start from scratch. Also noticed one of the original valve stems (and TPMS sensors?) was replaced when the new tires were put on but nothing was mentioned to me about it at any time. (Only 7000 miles on the car so the only reason for that would be damage when the new tires were mounted.) Bottom line, this is very likely the last time I'll be going to this shop. Between the 'confusion' on the price, poor balancing, improper mounting, and questionable replacement of a valve stem/TPMS sensor I've lost all confidence in having quality work done at this location. It's definitely gone downhill since I first started going here.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant and they even vacuumed the car for me as a courtesy!
