The technician also made the process uncomfortable by having me adjust myself repeatedly, and most concerning, she kept blowing on the area during the service, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. Always smiling when she sees you. Always does an amazing job with my brows and very attentive to what eyebrow shape I am looking for. Very happy customer! Highly recommend Mona! Please make an appointment online or via phone call, so there is less wait time! Walk-ins are welcome, but you will not know how long you will need to wait. Also, Ziba sells other makeup products as well. I always get their dark brown eyebrow pencils when I'm here. Love it and have been using it ever since! Parking lot is super small here, but I never had any problems in finding a parking spot no matter what time of day I'm here. However, if there isn't any, neighborhood street parking is available or even parking across the street where there are many business parking spaces in that area.

I'm happy to report that Babli wears a mask the entire time she is doing the eyebrows or any part of your face that is over the norm of fine baby hairs. (Don't laugh, the older you get the more weird places hair shows up!) She has a sign in iPad sort of thing and you get loyalty points whenever you sign in, it's also your cell phone number. She sent out texts when the storefront reopened. I called to make an appointment but there was no one there at the time of day I went - weekday and close to 430.
