I wasn't able to get the Barber's name but I wish I did because he went back March 12th and I asked for the same style and specifically said "Keep the fro". My son came back looking like he was getting ready for the military. His fro was definitely shaved down rather than trimmed. We ran late and I communicated about that, I said that I'm aware of the late fee but to spend $43 on a hairstyle that I didn't want on my child is frustrating.

I was embarrassed and just wanted someone who could fix it. I walked in, explained what happened, and Anthony immediately made me feel comfortable. He was super down-to-earth, listened to all of my concerns, and reassured me that he'd get everything taken care of. Before he even started, he walked me through exactly what he was going to do and why. We had a great conversation the entire time, which made the experience even better. When he finished and handed me the mirror, I was genuinely relieved. My haircut looked great, and I finally felt confident again. What really stood out to me was that Anthony didn't even want to charge me because he was fixing another barber's mistake. That says a lot about his character. I insisted on paying him because his time and skill are valuable, and he absolutely earned it. He gained a loyal customer today, and I'll definitely be coming back. On the contrary, I had seen few more "open" appointment slots for this person on the booking site beyond my appointment time, which means I'd assume he had all the time for my haircut or at least a haircut OR beard work (among the haircut+beard combo I had booked for). Being rude, cold conversations especially towards new customers even when the place is not busy is not something I or a new customer would look forward to.
