Tasty tacos and cute sauce/condiment bar, definitely going back! I ordered the shrimp, chicken, and…read morebirria tacos - they were all well-seasoned. We were greeted when we walked in and service is at the cash register so this is more of a quick service style restaurant. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating despite being in a small space, and is very cheerfully decorated. We ordered some flautas, steak and pork tacos, and chips and queso. There is a topping bar for your tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and hot sauces. The chips and queso were delicious, and the flautas were also fantastic! I didn't like the refried beans as much as my husband did--they were on the thinner side and to me the taste wasn't what I wanted it to be, but the rice was good. The flavor of the steak taco was great but the cubes of meat were too big in my opinion. The real star of this show was the tacos al pastor! Super tender and delicious!!! If Yelp had a half star system, I would definitely have given a 4.5 but since they don't it feels necessary to round up to a 5, because overall this place is a winner! We will definitely be back!

I went at the recommendation of a friend who highly recommended their ceviche. My daughter and I went and tried the dip trio (salsa, guacamole and queso). We waited in line for a few minutes right after they opened and were served pretty quickly. The restaurant was painted brightly and decorated with pictures of the food on the wall in addition to a sugar skull theme throughout. All three of the dips we ordered were good, large portions and came with fresh, hot (and delicious!) chips. The guacamole was easily the best of the three, in my opinion. Creamy, tasty and so fresh! I ordered the ceviche and my daughter ordered the birria torta. I ordered the pineapple aqua Fresca and she got a Jarritos drink. Our lunches came out quickly. The ceviche was a large serving. Probably enough for 2 people! Chunks of shrimp and topped with guacamole, this ceviche was standard, in my opinion. Nothing special. It was good. I requested chips instead of saltines to go with my lunch. Large portion sizes are really the hallmark here. Again, the food is good, but unremarkable. Same holds true with the birria torta. A large serving of chopped beef (not shredded) and a taste very similar to a pot roast, this was equally unremarkable. Both of our lunches were excellent quality, and fine in taste. If you are in the area I recommend giving them a try. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good!

Tacos were huge and filled equally with protein, lettuce, cilantro and white onions. The chips and salsa were definitely housemade and the beans were delicious but a little cold. This place is a market with a little hole-in-the-wall cantina and it is as authentic as you can get. They have a board with everything they make above the order desk, all in Spanish, but they do speak limited English- just enough to get you the best authentic Mexican you will find in Central Florida. They spicy salsa is the BEST I have ever had, and I bring home a quart upon every visit. The tacos are incredible, Carne Asada, Pollo, Carnitas and others, the chips are awesome as well. They have a cooler with all kinds of Mexican sodas, and yes, they have Mexican Coca Cola, made with SUGAR. The market has a proper meat counter, where you can buy REAL Mexican marinated meats to cook yourself at home. If you are looking for an authentic Mexican, this is the place. If you are from California and miss that Mexicali food, come here for your fix. However, do NOT expect a sit down fiesta atmosphere, this is a cantina, a place to simply sit and eat, or take it to go. If you want to sit down and have a nice Mexican meal, I suggest Garabaldi's, which is down the street, and while they have good food, it is no match for the food here.

It was so good that I came back the very next day and brought my sister and my niece. This time, I ordered tacos and a birria quesadilla (the one that looks like a pizza). They also offer an actual birria pizza, but we went with the quesadilla -- and let me tell you, it was BIG as hell. Everything was seasoned perfectly, tasted amazing, and the presentation was on point. Now, let's talk about the location because you might think you're in the wrong place. When you pull up, it looks like an industrial area -- big parking lot, office buildings, and the place doesn't even look open. The windows are so dark and tinted you can't see inside, the parking lot might be empty, and you'll be questioning everything. Still pull on the door. When you open it, you'll see they're open. It's to-go only, no dine-in seating. The service is friendly, and they'll give recommendations if you ask. You order through a kiosk, and honestly, everything on the menu is good. I've had the tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and even the ramen -- all solid. But let me be VERY clear... My favorite thing on the menu, hands down, is the fried bread pudding. That shit is on another level. Straight up dangerous. I swear I went into a sugar coma after eating it because I passed out immediately after. It's that good. I didn't even wait until after my entrée the second time -- I ordered the dessert first because I already knew what it was giving. No pictures. No regrets. I'll absolutely be back.
