    the big meaty pizza

We luckily got there before the dinner rush and were seated quickly. Service was great, and we loved the restraints decor and subtle goonies nod throughout. We started with the house chips and homemade ranch, they were so good, big sucker for house made dressings and this was a perfect dill amount. My partner had the meaty pizza which he said was great! I had the roasted mushroom alfredo pasta with chicken, taste wise the sauce was good, but it was reaaaaaaally soupy so the noodles melted away from sitting in the liquid too long. Other than that, it was a great stop and would love to come back and try something else on the menu, and more ranch!

Notice all the fries left???? Options aren't great but don't get the fries! They weren't even fresh, much less good!

I'm currently sitting in the restaurant. lol So far, not impressed! Sure hope the food is good! lol 1st question: In the weekend special it says *contains bacon, what exactly is the bacon in? It's the Bird Dawg: BBQ chicken sausage in a split top bun, tangy BBQ sauce, green apple & purple cabbage slaw, served with chili cheese fries. Server didn't know exactly. Said "they said something was cooked in bacon but I'm not sure". Why would you take the time to make a chicken sausage sandwich and then have some sort of pork in it. I never understand pork casing on any type on non pork meat. Makes no sense and stops non pork eating people from being able to eat a chicken sausage. 2nd question: husband asked, "can I upgrade my fries to chili cheese fries with my burger? "No! We can't do that! They only prepare enough chili for the amount of predicted Bird Dawgs we have ordered. Someone asked that." Yea I did! And if someone else did, and they didn't get the bird dawg, like I am not, then yall are wrong for offering it with the Bird Dawg and not anything else. This is insane! lol I will also add, PLEASE get rid of the Udi's bun. Sandpaper tastes better!!! It may be GF but it is inedible!!! Definitely NOT worth a $3 up charge! Try $1 like most places! Again, I sure hope this will be amazing, since I have only seen pizza come out, and the prices are quite high for what they offer. Definitely not a plethora of Bird Dawgs with chili cheese fries. We will be fine with our plain boring fries! The place is nice. Big and open with lots of porch space. Smells of burning wood or cardboard as soon as you walk in. I'm assuming wood fire grilled pizza. The people don't seem to be super welcoming or knowledgeable. Lacking personality! (Except the 1 waitress who kept coming around asking everyone if they needed anything and the busser. Lol And now for the food review. This started out a 3*. Let's see if that goes up or down!!!! Hahahaha Fries are barely warm, soggy, not good AT ALL! As you can see by the pics, mine has twice as many fries as my hubby's and WHERE'S THE BEEF? Please allow people to add chili/cheese/both to their fries! These are not good! Not sure they would be fresh! It looks like I got half a sandwiches worth of meat in a full sandwich for $17!!!! NOPE! I will say, the cheesesteak was fabulous, for what I got, but I didn't have mushrooms or peppers and I should have asked for no mayo as there was a lot! The 3 cheeses and the meat in the fresh bun was good........not $18 good with really bad fries tho. My hubbys burger was decent, but again, not $15 good when we can get a grass fed burger for 9 and get good fries with it. Lol Overall, we won't be back! Very much set up as a tourist trap type restaurant. Sounds and looks way better that actually is. Wish you the best of luck. We are here often, but won't waste our money here again, unless to try the pizza once. It did look good coming out, not sure what I'll get on it. Too many pork options and toppings are a bit pricey. lol Prob cheese! Maybe I won't try it. lol $30+ for a pizza is a bit much when we could see it only fed 2, maybe 3, and "personal" are $15+. I do NOT recommend this restaurant! Try somewhere else. The ambiance is the best thing I experienced there. It is a cool spot! I'll leave this at 3* because it should have gone down to 2 but the sandwich being good and hot saved it.

Have you ever been to Disneyland or Chick-fil-A and experienced excellence in service??? Well, the Copper Pot staff rivals with the incredible service and hospitality! Every single employee appeared to genuinely love their job! The pizza and salad were delicious! This is probably the best pizza I've had in a long time! The salad was fresh and the dressing tasted house-made. We sat outside and the patio was lovely. Fabulous ambiance. The only thing I would add outside is music. We will definitely be back!

The Copper Pot beckoned us to stop and try out the pizzas and sandwiches on our roadtrip thru Clarksville. Parking was easy on the side of the building, but harder for a mobility challenged person. Four of us were seated inside at a table with odd chairs...metal and wicker weaved. Washed up in clean restrooms before ordering. Water all around was fine for us but just know there is cocktails and wine available. The lovely missus wanted to like the Hawaiian pizza she ordered..it was different and cold! House and Greek Salads were a fresh start. The smokey honey mustard dressing gives the fresh greens a real kick. The shrimp and grits bowl came with topping of onion rings. The grits by itself was an above average winning Grits. My crackling chicken sandwich was perhaps the best winner. A moist piece of chicken inside a soft bun with mayo and pickles was a savory eats...but the seasoned French fries were limpy and cold. Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed as The Copper Pot restaurant had a large local attendance with large pizzas being served up. We were waited on by LeAnna and she did her best to keep us in comfort mode. We can see that The Copper Pot is a popular place where walls are decorated with white chalk artwork and seating for enough at the bar. We would have to come too far to return.

We finally tried out The Copper Pot. The pizza was great. The crust is nice and chewy with crisp edges. The wings were absolutely amazing. Everyone in our party of 5 loved them! I haven't tried anything else personally, but everyone enjoyed their dishes. The service was great and friendly. We have been back several times and always get the wings as an appetizer. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere! Lots of options. Our pizza was good but we're looking forward to trying other things next time.

Amazing food, best grits I've ever had! We had the best service too! I think some of these yelp reviews are a joke!

A little disappointed Prices keep going up but the return is minimal Pizza had little to no topping and not entirely covered the pizza . The wings are very good FYI. 2 pizza's and 2 orders of wings a few drinks was $136 plus .

This place brought me so much happiness and joy. I got the salmon Alfredo as a test of sorts. I'm picky, VERY picky when it comes to pasta, even worse with sauces. I taste the avocado salad first. One singular tear of pure joy falls from my eye. The chicken was fried perfectly. The food didn't stand a chance against my appetite. I didn't even get to get a photo of my meal before I was violently destroying my plates (with love.) My sweet tea was perfect. Not sugar water, not overly sweet nor under sweetened. I didn't even need to ask for a refill, they just offered right when k was low. Then I tasted the salmon Alfredo. You know those scenes in ratatouille? When remy tastes the cheese and the strawberry together? Then when the food critic had the ratatouille? That's exactly what happened. It was as if the chef and waiters were ethereal beings sent from heaven solely to give my meager human taste buds a chance of experiencing pure bliss. It was gorgeous. I will be back if only to experience the beauty of such blessed Italian food. Other restaurants wish they can be like Mariolino's, I guarantee you, that other restaurants fall short.
