Sometimes in Bend I'm skeptical to try new food trucks because, to be honest, many times I'm left underwhelmed due to bland food or "more of the same".... That's not the case with Tekka Tiger. We got the Lemongrass Chicken and the pork rice dish (didn't want to butcher the name, sorry) and both were absolutely delicious. I also got a side of their homemade peanut sauce and it was unique and delicious as well. For someone looking for something different and flavorful in Bend check out Tekka Tiger.. you won't be disappointed.

Food, I had the Bob Burger and really enjoyed it! The rest (3 in total) all had some type of Filly. Also ordered a Cobb salad, sides of both their fries, and a side of their take on Hawaiian mac-salad. Cons- all three (BIL, husband, and son) all felt the Fillys should have been on a roll versus a pita (some kind of wrap, if it wasn't a pita). They felt the wrap was getting too fancy, and why change something that doesn't necessarily need to change. Overall though, they each enjoyed the flavors of their respective Filly. And my burger really was tasty! The restaurant is also in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking, so that was also a nice perk!

I've tried a few different tri-tip sandwiches in bend recently and this one might be my favorite (don't come for me!). The staff are really nice too! In case you haven't been to this area, it's a food truck that is part of an outdoor pavilion area. Super fun spot to check out if you're with a group. I'll be back!
