This cafe is Columbian-American with beans from Columbia. In the refrigerator, I found to my surprise Spēka, the chocolate covered cottage cheese bar in assorted flavors that I had sampled at the Restaurant Show and has been difficult to find in the Big Apple. I bought four in lemon and gave one to Raj to try. The only drawback to this cafe are the hours whereby they close at 6 pm all week.

I was here with my wife on Tuesday at noon. The wait was not to bad, considering it was packed, we were seated in about 45min. There is a counter for to-go orders so we got coffee and a snack. The food was Great, we had a salmon toast and the avacado toast. Service was fast, easy, and friendly. It was a bit noisy but the energy of the place is positive and hyped (probably from all the caffeine). We liked this place overall. Would be nice to have more regular seating and some out door seating. The drinks take a bit longer then you would expect when you are at a sit down resturant. However the fresh orange juice and all the latte options are worth the wait. Parking was super easy, the town seams to be nice and quiet as well. Came here out of the blue and was pleasantly surprised the waitress (super cute) took our order and we decided to take her food to go halfway through just because we were in a rush otherwise I would've sat and ate there because of the nice local atmosphere and could smell food wafting through the kitchen if you haven't been here you have not tried lemonade. Their cold drinks (non-alcoholic) are perfect on hot days, like they literally make everything better. I wasn't that impressed with what I got for food though, the burger was tiny and mediocre at best, not something I would ever get again. Although the people around me got salads and sandwiches that they seemed to enjoy, so could be worth it. With the corner it is best to experience it yourself and make a decision. Came here today with my wife and she was raving about this spot for months when she came with her girl friends. My wife and I finally got to come together and my oh my! Everything was delicious. I got the BBQ chicken sandwich and my wife got the BLT sandwich and we also shared an order of the amazing pancakes they have. I legit told my wife at the end. This was the best pancakes I ever had. Hands down! Also the service was immaculate, seriously! Our waiter name was Timothy, he was on point with asking if everything is okay, pouring us water and our O.J for our champagne perfect timing. I'm not going to lie, I came into this place a little skeptical but holy sh*t was I proved wrong. The service was amazing; it was really pleasant to see how everyone was working and moving around to meet not only mine, but every other customer's needs. My only complain was the chunk sized ice cubes that ruled the size of the cup of my cold brew but it was nonetheless amazing along with the Prosciutto *masterpiece* on Rye that I ordered. I asked the waiter and he said they've been open for a year and change now if I remember correctly and I'm really impressed and happy to see they're getting other great reviews and attention, they deserve it. The lemon olive oil drizzle on top added such a bright, fresh flavor. Everything was high-quality and reasonably priced, making it an easy favorite for breakfast. They don't take reservations, which I know a lot of restaurants do--but it was a little frustrating to wait out in the cold for a table. Frankly the food was mediocre and overpriced. There is charm in small 10 table types of restaurants, but this place is simply too small to accommodate demand. Larry was very accommodating, and helped compose a vegan dish from the setup of another dish. He was considerate to recommend something that would feel "substantial" - something that I really appreciated. It's already a bit inconvenient to come up with a dish on the spot, but to go the extra mile by caring that it would be satisfying as a main dish was really very kind. And it turned out fantastic. This restaurant has so much going for it in the quality of its ingredients and dish compositions. I would encourage the chef to consider how the can apply their creativity to a dedicated vegan dish as well. There's a big world to explore in creating modern, high end, plant-based dishes and I think this restaurant would hit it out of the park ! :)

We opted for the cucumber salad and pate which were both very good. We then split the chicken as it five pieces and comes with shishitos, biscuits and coleslaw long with several sauces. The chicken was nice and crispy with plenty of flavor, and I found the biscuits to be quite good. For the price of $50 this is an amazing value. Service was excellent and very engaging.

The huge windows bring in so much natural light, and the cozy couch-style seating by the window made me want to stay for a while. The space is laid out really well--it feels open, comfortable, and inviting without being overwhelming. The staff was genuinely friendly. Order at the counter, someone checked in to make sure everything was going well, and another team member brought our food out. The service felt seamless, and I just felt good being there. I ordered the tuna melt, which was really good, and paired it with a chai latte. The chai had a stronger cinnamon flavor than I'm usually used to, but honestly, I enjoyed it. It paired really well with my meal, and by the end, I was glad I ordered it. The menu has so many options that I already know I need to come back. There were several dishes I wanted to try, and I also loved that they have pastries if you're just looking to grab something light with a drink or want a quick stop instead of a full meal. Another thing I appreciated is the location. It's surrounded by other businesses with a nice walkable area, so it's easy to make a morning or afternoon out of your visit. Even though I don't live in New Jersey, I'm already thinking about making another trip back. This feels like one of those places where you can meet a friend, get some work done, journal by the window, or have a casual meeting during a quieter time of day.
