I thought this was to die for - the pasta Yai Yai is a speciality here, and the ingredient list (brown butter, feta, and cinnamon) was intriguing. the pasta was perfectly al dente, long and thick pieces of bucatini. my dining companion loved this dish and was shocked how well the ingredients went together.
