Very chill & awesome space! Gotta admit, I'm picky about my cocktails and The Coupe delivered. In the area talking to voters about Brittany Ramos DeBarros' campaign for Congress and early voting leading up to the August 23rd Democratic primary and met up with a friend here. Excellent music & decor. Craftspeople, more than just bartenders, I'd say.

Been to this nice little hidden bar twice. The only drink I've had is their Hot Toddy which is very nice and really warms up your bones and insides. Very chill atmosphere. Took my spouse here for after dinner drinks and since his palate leans towards not liking the taste of alcohol, he opted for the bartender's choice drinks. This means that the bartender basically makes a drink to whatever flavor profile you have.

Solid cocktail bar in Staten Island that embraces the art of mixology. Really good drinks - my favorite is the carrot mezcal. Mocktails are great too. Service is attentive and friendly. Bites are solid also - love the vegan platter as a complement to a round of drinks.

Had a night of drinks with my homegirl that was amazing. I had quite a few, I will not sit here and pretend to remember which ones cause when I say a few I mean A LOT. I do remember the gin fizz that was made with egg white, hmmmmm I'm intrigued. Sign me up. Drinks are only as good as the bartender and Joel was amazing! They also had something on the menu called bartenders choice. You tell them your likes and dislikes and they create a drink for you to your liking. Joel never let me down and I let him make me at least 4 diff drinks, yikes. Sorry in advance to my liver. We also had Buckey who made us an amazing meat platter and a platter w crostini, ricotta, blueberries, fig jam and honey. Put a slice of the Meat on the crostini and you have a party! Amen, and your welcome in advance. Buckey and Joel made our night so memorable and we may have found our new drink spot. If you are in the area, or just looking for good drinks go on a Tuesday when they are both there and they will make your night! Comfy ambiance, small quaint and intimate, perfect for a chill night away from places focusing on blasting music to drown out any intelligible conversation. I cannot wait to go back and I don't think I will ever get a drink off the menu if Joel is there, he made every drink spot on with the flavors and preferences I gave home. And Buckey has an oil he made infused w garlic that I'd sell my left pinky for to keep in my closet. Idk what else was in it but good lordt! Yes, lordt, with a "t" it's that good. Thank you so much for a first of many nights.

One of my go to places for well made cocktails and good food. This place is open till 4am which means you and your friends can have the Afterparty here. Bartenders here are friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks and food selection. They have a Good selection of beers available which won't disappoint! (Flagship Brewery's Swamp Tings is a must try) This place has a great vibe as soon as you walk in. Candle lit walls and music that won't drown out your conversation. There are no tv's here, so if you're trying to catch a sports game here try another place. If you get any sandwhich, just know they put the right amount of crunch in it, just make sure you squish the sandwhich a little bit so you won't scratch the roof of ya mouth ;) For the good quality drinks, you'll be surprised at the price of drinks here. Out of all the bars I've been to so far, this one slows down the N.Y pace.

SECOND, the food is just as amazing! I was so happy hahah. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a restaurant for more than just their food. We came here for my boyfriend's parent's anniversary and the server's were wonderful and honestly very thoughtful as well! They were very attentive to our table and refilled our waters often. I also say this because when my bf's parents ordered the halibut to split, they had brought out their meal in two individual plates that were beautifully plated, you would think they ordered separately! They also took our group picture! :) We ordered 2 orders of the Basement Snacks: For Two, 2 orders of their raw oysters for appetizers. For my entree I ordered the Shrimp Carbonara Rossa with a side of Asparagus. Everything was so good. Their buffalo wings were perfectly marinated and not too saucy, their ribs were so tender and the meat fell straight off the bone! My carbonara was also delicious. For dessert they even gave an anniversary treat which was so sweet. I ordered a Chocolate Cappuccino which was also great. 11/10! Wonderful and would recommend.

We started with drinks and some lite breakfast fare all of which tasted good. I went with the crab cake eggs Benedict with wasabi hollandaise sauce which was full of flavor. The crab cake itself tasted as if it just came out of the sea. Incredibly fresh. I also got to try their French toast entree too. What looked like 2 slabs of brioche made into French toast with a berry topping and maple syrup was also just as good. 10/10. The service here was very polite and attentive to all of our needs throughout our visit. I would definitely like to come here again. Eat here!

Very nice aesthetic. .The door man Keith was very warm and welcoming Our server was Santiago, he was knowledgeable about the menu, so professional and personable. The other staff members were also very nice. The manager stopped by to check on us. Now the food! Let's start with the offering of fresh sliced fruit for our sparkling water! Cucumber, lime, lemon, orange and strawberry. Do cool! For the appetizer we had the pork belly bao buns, lamb chops and fried calamari. For the entree we ordered the Chilean sea bass, the Salmon and Halibut, all were prepared perfectly. For the cocktails we had the Smokey blue sky and the blackberry flutterby delicious! Finally for dessert we had the warm chocolate cake, the pistachio cannoli and strawberry mandarin almond cake. Everything was fantastic.

As I walked in and saw just how swanky this place is I panicked - there was no way we could just walk in here without a reservation, right? But the hostess was, thankfully, so down to earth. Lo and behold, she did have a table for us - as long as we were out in an hour and a half, which was just the right amount of time. Stepping into this place feels like you're in some secret, super special cocktail club. Decor is super high end, vibes are upscale AF. The cocktail menu is incredible -- and incredibly pricey, but truly worth it. I ordered the Valentino which was strong and sweet, really well made. The mint Moroccan tea gave the drink a cool, refreshing taste on every sip. I also tried the Silver Screen, the closest drink I could find to an old fashioned. It was interesting, there was definitely a hint of a buttery taste. Overall a really balanced bourbon drink. I walked in and found room at the standing tables. Since we were big fans of those alcohols, we decided to check it out. The walls of the space were covered in colorful murals with Latin American imagery. There were banquettes along either wall with small tables and ottomans scattered in front of them, providing separate, little areas for each group. Large playing cards were fanned across each table with Jack, Queen, King, and Ace cards each having a menu on its backside. There were bar bites, a spirits list, classic cocktails that could be reimaged with your agave spirit of choice (picture a tequila mojito), and even a custom beverages. The creative drinks were not cheap, coming in at around $20 on average, but they certainly were complex! My La Balacara featured Casamigos Mezcal, spiced pear, Luxardo, orange, ginger, chestnut honey, and a chili tincture. I thought the drink sounded outrageous, but, sadly, all I tasted was that honey, the ingredient of which I was least interested. In fact, the smokiness of the mezcal really did not play well with the chestnut honey, leaving it to taste sort of like licorice. I was not a fan. My companion's El Encanto included Casamigos Cristalino, Lillet Blanc, strawberry-lemongrass cordial, guava, and basil, which sounded herbaceous, but really just tasted like a fancy daiquiri. He enjoyed it, but I found it unimpressive. Our drinks were accompanied by a complementary bowl of spiced popcorn, which was delicious. We had come from an earlier dinner, so the snack was as much as I needed. However, the few larger food items that I saw others order all looked great. While I would go back to Perico to try some other items, I felt like I had had better, more affordable cocktails upstairs at Panela.
