A place packed well beyond the 50% safe Covid limit.

We got there at 5:45. Seated in main dining room which was only half full. Very loud in there. Could barely hear each other or the server. Ordered an appetizer which came from someone else but was burned. Server didn't come check on us or refill drinks for at least 20 minutes. We decided to walk out after no eye contact and waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich. They weren't that busy. I went to the front to ask for a manager and the hostess asked if she could help. I showed her our empty glasses on the table and it had taken an unreasonably long time for entrees to arrive. When I told her we are leaving she shrugged. No apologies, not any attempt to resolve or explain. Won't be back again.

I am still eating it...lol. I'm from New Orleans and brought up as an Italian family and this food is very good! How Made with personal love. Sophia IS my personal professional ambassador to such an enchanting family establishment. I highly recommend to all families and military personal to try this food. The serving side was amazing and had to take home part of the small salad.. lots of food and bill was not bad. Well spaced out tables. Thanks you for blessing me with a great lunch. Until next time!

Bistro was always a favorite when it was a little neighborhood restaurant. The food was always top notch and the service excellent and during Covid they kept us fed. They moved into a new location at Jones Creek. The new restaurant is beautiful on the bar side. The other side is a HUGE dining room for large groups and families with children. There is plants of parking but it's still a crowded parking lot.We have tried to go 4 times. We succeeded once on a Thursday at 5:30. The food was excellent. I had a personal vegetarian pizza and hubs had eggplant parm. Prices are very reasonable. I love their food and waitstaff is excellent- the 20 and 30 minute wait times not so much. Even the bar was SRO. It is a testament to their quality that it takes an act of DOG to get seated quickly. (I'm usually hangry when I get off work.I want to getting fed in 20 or 30 minutes, not just be seated and they don't take reservations. That being said, if you don't mind the wait, the food is always fresh, made to order. The quality is consistent and they are now even open limited hours on Sunday which is a nice brunch alternative. I am really happy for their success. It is well deserved. If you aren't in a hurry, you won't be disappointed!

I've been several times. Always amazing. The homemade chips are to die for. Highly recommend. I'm a very picky eater and I've liked everything Ive gotten.

Checked out the new Bistro Italia location and we loved it! We ordered the tomato basil soup, Big Lou pizza, Shrimp Primavera, and Diablo shrimp. Everything came out hot, was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were fresh! The team was friendly, the atmosphere was upscale but still very comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable (sharing the menu pics for anyone curious). The updated restaurant is beautifully done. Also love that it's a family owned and run restaurant. Excited to have this place in the area!

Burned bottom of pizza. Big disappointment!

I ordered and picked up a pizza. This was my first time getting their pizza and I was not impressed. I opened and looked at the pizza before I paid for it and thought it was okay. It wasn't until I got home that I looked at the underside of the pizza. It was burnt! Not a good experience. I have loved this restaurant for their eggplant parm, spaghetti, and lasagna. I'll never buy a pizza from there again.

When we come to BR we look forward to dropping in for a delicious meal here. They are always busy but that is how you know the food is good. Was entertained by the locals who spoke to each other at separate tables. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are part of a big Italian family Enjoying a meal. Chicken Parmesan was what I split with my daughter and we still had food to go.

I started off with that melt in your mouth Caesar carpaccio (raw ribeye but make it fancy) and those crispy crab arancini with the rich smoked tomato hollandaise; straight flavor bombs. For the main, the squid ink spaghetti with shrimp + jalapeño pesto was DIFFERENT in the best way! And that veal milanese over red wine risotto? Crispy, tender, and packed with flavor every bite. Dessert sealed the deal! King Cake panna cotta with orange curd was smooth, creamy, and perfect for Mardi Gras season. Plus that mascarpone cheesecake was light, rich, and straight dangerous. $62 for this whole experience during Restaurant Week is a STEAL! They had a vegetarian menu - which had a variety of pasta options. In addition to the vegetarian menu, other items like salads on their regular menu are vegetarian as well. Their pasta is all homemade and it tasted amazing. I got the burrata salad, of which I requested beets be added to - delicious. Then the vegetarian baked ziti - of good size and definitely shareable, I ended up bringing a box home, also delicious. Their wine and cocktails list was pretty extensive as well. Ample free onsite parking. Whether you're looking for the perfect date night spot, girls nice dinner spot, or elevated family dinner - this is the place. 12/10!!!

My husband had the blue crab gnocchi which he devoured. We fly into town for family often and are excited to make this a regular stop for us. The ambiance was nice and quiet, with dim lighting for a more intimate vibe. For appetizers, we ordered the crabmeat cheesecake and calamari. Both were good, but the crabmeat cheesecake was AMAZING! I think the sauce for the calamari could use some improvements as it tasted a little too light for pairing. They offered complimentary bread service, and the olive oil/ balsamic mixture had tons of freshly grated cheese which tasted amazing compared to other places. For drinks, we both got bloody mary's, but mine was so stiff that it tasted like a double compared to my partner's.. They also didn't do the spiced rim and were out of pickled green beans. The drink experience was quite disappointing overall, so my partner finished it for me, and he agreed mine tasted like straight up alcohol. We decided on the 16 oz. ribeye and Rufino's bolognese for our mains, and upon arrival, I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see that they served the bolognese with rigatoni instead of tagliatelle. The pasta was also served warm, not hot like the roasted potatoes which was weird. Looking back at the menu, I regretfully did not read the entire description because it's bolognese and I expected the traditional pasta to be used in it. The pasta sauce was still delicious as well as the steak, but the roasted potatoes tasted so strongly of peanuts so I wasn't a fan at all. We noticed that they offered complimentary cotton candy for dessert, but we decided to splurge on the crème brûlée and it was so yummy! Overall, I would come back, but I would not get the calamari or the bolognese again. The service was friendly while still keeping things professional, but it definitely slowed down a lot once we received our entrees.

The salads are always fresh, the bread is always warm, and the entrees are normally good. I will add that the shrimp scampi is also good but a tad spicy, which is surprising. The Alfredo is probably one of the better dishes, and the 3 chicken meal is usually a good option. The location itself is clean and orderly.
