This is my first negative post on a restaurant experience. The crawfish was delicious but the snow crab lemon and pepper was very salty. This is were the issue started , when you order the snow crabs there were no signs stating that you would have to pay $5 to use the crab tools, the young girl that took our order didn't tell us of this either when she repeated our order, also She seemed to hate her job btw. She acted like she is doing us a favor in taking our order. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. Also, the manager that was there had the same attitude, he was a large Samoan looking man. It's unfortunate when some restaurants do well they think customer service doesn't matter. The thing is that people are choosing to spend their hard earned money at your establishment. The experience, the customer service is just as important as the food tasting delicious. The owner needs to realize this soon before people start choosing not to spend their money there. read more

It's my first time here. I call to place an order. And then we decide we wanna try more food . Erick proceeds to tell us I cannot eat any of the food due to their policies. I had no idea because this wasn't stated on yelp. They are Adamant and say we cannot eat any of our food. I really wanted to like this place but the service was not it . I get their busy , but that's not a way to treat customers. He also told proceeded to say that next time they will not attend us. That we are adults and not kids, we should know better. My parents went here for dinner today and brought me back a pound of the Cajun Shrimp. And omg it was so good. The shrimp was huge and tasted fresh and flavorful. Same with the corn cobs inside. Visit this location with a few friend & family members unfortunately our experience wasn't pleasant. I'm gonna start by saying that the young lady by the name Raquel was extremely rude. So my friend order peeled shrimp and for one or another reason they must've took the order wrong or must've hurt wrong and ended up giving her shrimp with head non-peeled. OK was that when we asked if we can get the order correct even if we had to pay extra the young lady, by the name of Raquel said they repeat the order twice and that she wasn't going to fix the order very rudely That we ordered incorrect. To be quite honest with you, I clearly recall ordering peeled shrimp. But any how I think she could have charged us the difference and fix the order why sit there and argue with your customers?! She clearly lacks training with customer care! So we ended up leaving playing for something we didn't order nor wanted very unhappy and dissatisfied. And unfortunately you lost a few customers because of it we usually order from this place when we have gatherings and we have never had a problem till today. Love the food here. Shrimp, crab, sausages are all on point. Boss sauce is a must to complete the meal.

The food is always delicious. I get shrimp, mussels and crab with the boss/house sauce. I add baby potatoes too. They never have clams, ever. They sell by the pound and it comes with sausages and corn. Corn could be better. Their prices are cheap compared to others. This is not a waited experience which is fine with me as I prefer to enjoy my meal without interruption. (: Food comes out super quick and it has always been on point. Hasn't disappointed me yet. My family and I have been coming here for a while now, the last time we were in a few weeks back we had the worse experience ever. Took over an hour to be seated, when there were plenty of empty table, our order was wrong, food finally came out and shrimp was mushy. The female manager was very rude and did not want to give us her name, very unprofessional getting loud and rolling her eyes. I asked here if I could speak to the owner she mentioned he was not there when I could clearly see him through the little window. Unfortunately we will probably never come back to this place. If you're in the mood for Cajun then this is the spot! My boyfriend's brother introduced us to this place. Instead of our go to Boiling Crab we drove from LA just to get seafood. You really get a bang for your buck here. The family specials are great! It comes with shrimp, rice, corn and sausages. I was surprised that the food was still piping hot whenever we brought it back during a 30 minute drive. The shrimp was plump and perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this place. Have been a frequent customer of this fine establishment for years. For a short period I craved their Cajun sauce holistically. By personal preference I recommend their Cajun sauce which comes in Mild,Medium, Spicy and recently Extra spicy. Their sauce has the right amount of lemon citrus and their garlic is the perfect butter to garlic ratio making it deliciously indulging. I typically visit Sunday's when they oriental lady and young man greet me with welcoming enthusiasm. Beyond their cheaper than average prices and quality sea food I chose to give them my business because they make me feel like a true guest. This is more of a "fast food" but also "dine-in" version of seafood restaurant. Typically you are served and you pay at the end but here you have to pay in the front then they bring your food. If you have had REAL good shrimp this is not the spot for you. Flavors are really bland and not worth the visit. If you want some good crawfish or shrimp you need to visit another restaurant like the boiling crab,this place does not compare. Corn was COLD when i got my bag almost if they had pulled it out of a freezer right before Atmosphere is very boring and sketchy looking area. They have great food when they decide to serve you. I been coming here for over a year now and never been disappointed in the past. Today 4/1/22 I tried to call my order in at 9:20. I got no answer and I called 3 different times, but I love this place so much I decided to come in anyways. My partner and I tried to come in at 9:45. The lights and open sign where still on. They said they were closed. The restaurant hours of operation says they close at 10pm. I understand it's a Friday night and the employees want to go home. But has the restaurant hours changed? If so they should update them. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. We just walk in and out within 5min and not coming back! Just as an advice don't plan to dine in after 7:45pm. We traveled to come and try this place. We were about to ordered at 7:50pm and we weren't not allowed to dine in. The cashier was rude, didn't even bother to say sorry or show any kindness when he was letting us know the dinning was closed, but its open till 9pm for the people already sitting by 7:45pm. Unlike the Boiling Crab, you walk up to order your food, pick a table, and they will bring your food to your table. This is all fine with me as it all went well. The two of us got the Family Special #1, which was 2 lbs. of shrimp (the only thing I eat anyway), 4 corns, 10 pieces of sausages, and 2 containers of rice. While we could have finished, we saved 6 pieces of shrimp, 1 corn, a couple of slices of sausage, and 1/2 a container of rice for our daughter. We were going to get garlic butter, but the cashier talked us into the Butter Garlic with a Kick because she said the Butter Garlic was going to be really plain. The Kick was not too spicy (as in I didn't have regrets), but my husband did comment that we might have been able to really taste the shrimp flavor without the Kick. Corn was very yummy, easy to eat, and had the flavor of the sauce. The sausage was okay as in nothing special (but not spicy), and the rice was standard long grain but very "separated," which reminded me of when I add too much water to day old rice and microwaved it. I'm not saying that's what they did, just that it looked and tasted that way. I put the sauce on it, and it was fine. Staff was nice and helpful; when we walked in, she asked if it was our first time and proceeded to explain how everything worked. I felt the prices, especially the family specials, were reasonable. We came mid-afternoon on a Saturday and were the only ones there until another family came by. It looked like they were regulars. We brought the leftovers to our daughter, who added another pound of shrimp into it, and shared it with a couple of her friends. She said the sauce permeated through to the new shrimp. We purposely stopped here on the way to Riverside and loved it. We'll definitely do it again and will most likely get the Family Special #2 next time! read more

The lady in the front gave me the worst attitude and disrespected me saying next time you will not be able to get discount.
