Other than the cucumber and edemame the food was okay. Definitely it worth the premium price they have it at. Decided to give this place a second chance today after the first time the salmon felt rancid. The reason I like this place is the spicy lemon flavor which I think they know is a favorite. The time I went there when the salmon was rancid, the owner came out and was upset at how much his employee had given me in the first place, so gave me an extra small bowl in exchange for the one he had given me before. He then proceeded to shame me for as many sauces as I got on the Poké bowl and said how can I taste the fish with so many sauces. I have never been treated that way and have had lots of sushi and sashimi in my life. Nothing tasted quite as bad as that salmon. He then proceeded to take a bite of the raw salmon in my face and see how delicious it was. I decided to give it another chance today as I didn't wanna drive far from home and really wanted some poke. Upon arrival he was weird as ever and looked me in the eyes as he gave me the smallest portions I've ever seen. The first time I came with my friend and we ordered a bunch of items which we devoured. The second time my husband and I came and we ordered a few rolls from their new sushi menu. The cucumber roll is healthy and delicious. A good option for people and not wanting the carbs from the rice.It has crab, tuna, salmon, and avocado inside with jalapeño on top as well as ponzu yuzu. The poke nachos were really good! Their california roll is awesome! I love how it came out on a California shaped board. This is the first time I've ever seen that and it is a great concept. Definitely add some flair so I will give it to them for that. The service both times that we've gone has always been fantastic everyone there is super friendly and I also like how you can order from their iPads instead of waiting in line. Their sauces are really good and their house made lemonades are delicious. The regular lemonade by far is the best in my opinion.
