Carpet was not properly attached to tack strip in several areas, one seam at entrance to bedroom came loose causing me to trip. Owner has not responded to numerous requests over the past several months to finish the installation and refuses to honor the warranty. The countertops have nicks in the base strip and I've been told to repair it myself. As a senior living alone, I find this company's business practices to be disheartening and unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against Hull Floor Company but I learned today that the company has not responded.
