From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, Adam. He introduced himself and genuinely wanted to learn our names. We originally just went for the crepes as dessert but were greeted by a regular, Wayne, who poured us a glass of wine from his personal bottle. Adam and (I think) Kayla asked if it was our first time and gave us the run down of what wines were available as well as handing us the food menu with tons of various crepe options. It's definitely not what you would expect for a restaurant in Redding; the Brasserie serves combucha and quality wines/beer, has art on the walls from local artists, and is just an all around 'chill' place. What a find! In the middle of downtown Redding, in the marketplace, my friend and I found this crepe restaurant. I ordered the Croque Monsieur, and she had the Florentine crepe. Both were excellent and ample size portions. We topped it off with a dessert crepe to share. So many yummy choices to try. Priced very reasonably. They also have soups and promised me that French Onion Soup with cheese is coming in the cold winter months. Not a lot of foot traffic in this area as there is downtown renovation is going on.
