Love this place but we showed up today and they were closed before 12:20 pm. The site says 2 pm and their own sign on the door says 1pm. What is up with Paradise business timing!!!??? This is why so many businesses don't last up here in Paradise..... customers like consistency and when your business is open for a couple of hours and never stays open to your time posted. How are customers suppose to know when to you are actually open. read more

I usually like this place but I feel like the quality has gone down. I ordered a crepe with swiss cheese, bell peppers, and onions. I was told after ordering/paying that they were out of bell peppers so I said to put extra onions and some tomatoes. Instead, I got no cheese and the small amount of veggies pictured. My first and only 2 bites were just crunchy crepe, no cheese or veggies. Also, I understand that they stopped taking call in orders, but there should at least be an option to talk to someone about literally anything else. read more

Service was friendly, and the lady on the crepe stove and the girl at the front were so cute working together. The coffee was really good. Ordered some with my family and everyone agreed it was well done. I ordered a latte with honey, and they mixed the honey into the foam, and the flavor was consistent throughout the drink. Most coffee places I've been to do not mix the honey well, and it ends up at the bottom of the cup. They did a good job here with that. The crepes, they have gluten-free options for both sweet and savory, and they had a lot of different kinds on the menu. I got a beef and cream cheese with bell peppers and onions crepe, and my sister a peaches and cream. Good presentation, and the crepes flavorful; they didn't taste like preserved ingredients from an extruder. I didn't take any photos beforehand, because I didn't expect it to be so good. Next time. What an amazing find! Came to visit family and came out of the way to try this coffee and crepe shop! Absolutely worth it! Coffee was good, the peach smoothie was delicious with fresh peaches! Her drinks are made with fresh seasonal fruits. Hard to find now a days... The Philly cheese steak crepes was delicious and the steak tender! Loved it! This is one of my go to spots in Paradise everyone is always super sweet, place is always very quiet. Both sandwiches and crepes are amazing and taste so home made. I just went to Lynn's and ordered some coffee and crepes to go. I've driven by Lynn's so many times and I kept telling myself next time I'm stopping and grabbing a coffee. I ordered a cappuccino, regular coffee, monte cristo crepe, and the smore crepe. My husband and I shared the crepes and both agree they are delicious. My husband said his coffee is great and my cappuccino is perfect! I will definitely be stopping here again read more

What an exciting new business for the town of Paradise! Three of us stopped in for lunch. Lynn herself is behind the counter greeting all the customers. She smiled the entire time we dined inside; you'd think her cheeks would cramp! The younger girls running the register were knowledgeable of the menu, very patient and super sweet. They handwrite adorable little personalized notes on the coffees and teas for that extra small town cuteness an out of town guest craves. We ordered three savory crepes for lunch. The crepe itself is soft and a bit chewy, it could use more of a crunch when heated, but it held all the insides and was easy to eat handheld like a wrap. I ate the Cali crepe; it was just okay but it can easily be fantastic with a couple changes. The bacon was not crisp for one, it was underdone and limp making it difficult to bite through. The cheese didn't quite melt all the way and like I already mentioned the crepe itself could have been cooked a bit longer. Overall we enjoyed the meal and especially loved how sweet Lynn was to us. We will be back and just ask for our crepes to be cooked a little longer next time. read more

Surprised with an after Valentine's Day breakfast and coffee. Purchased three different crepes and two coffees. Not planning to return. Tossed one out completely and barely ate the other two. Tossed the actual crepe casing out of the second one and tried to eat the berry contents but found and old piece of jelly randomly inside. Not sure if that was supposed to be there? Can't imagine trying to eat those crepes with a plastic fork in a styrofoam container (and styrofoam~really?) We could barely cut them after plating them on real plates and using knives and forks. Lattes not hot or very good. Too bad, because we really wanted to like this place. read more

I finally got to try Lynn's Coffee and Crépes! I got the savory Cali, which has bacon, mushrooms, avocado and cheese. I also got a sweet peaches and cream crêpe, and a small latte with two shots of espresso. I brought it all home, unpackaged it and placed it on warmed plates. This is my new favorite place and I recommend to all! You can either eat the crepes with a fork and knife or pick them up whole and fold them in half and eat them somewhat like a wrap. They do come in tinfoil to help eat them that way on the go. Exquisite...YUM!!!! read more
