The food was a five, service a 4, cleanliness of the store a three. First the crepes they are a little thicker than we normally get however considering we ordered savory sandwiches they worked out great. The fillings were wonderful and full of flavor. The workers behind the counter were very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. The only downside was the cleanliness of the place, considering it wasn't busy and there were 3 employees the tables could have been cleared from the previous diners so you could find a clean table. Also the soda machine needs a serious cleaning and my wife noticed that all of the inside window ledges were very dirty. The crepery is super cute and has delicious food! Not only does it have the more traditional sweet crepes but it also has savory ones for those of you who don't like a sweet breakfast. I had the cinnamon bun crepe which was filled with a cream cheese frosting and dusted with cinnamon sugar. I had an ice coffee with it which was a little strong for my taste. I found out they had a wheat-free (gluten free), buckwheat, crepe, so I was excited to try one. I got a garden crepe (arugula, capers, cheese, avocado) and a special pear crepe (sautéed pears, blue cheese, walnuts..), and liked them both. I liked the garden crepe, but not sure I liked the capers in them, and the pear crepe would have been much better with candied walnuts, in my opinion, but those are just little things. The crepes are simple and sweet (or savory)! I had the Pin-Up and subbed the chocolate sauce for Nutella...very yummy and just the perfect amount. Also had an iced coffee and worked inside for a bit using their wifi then sat in the back and watched the river. Very friendly and efficient staff. Would come back in a heartbeat! read more

3.5 stars While visiting family, we made two trips here. My first trip I ordered a chai and the Sweet Bee crepe. I enjoyed both of those. On my second trip, I ordered the G'Morning Sunshine crepe and hot chocolate. The crepe was really good, but I did not enjoy the hot chocolate at all. It states on the menu that it's "made with Nutella." We were all under the impression that it was Nutella added to the hot chocolate, but it was only one spoonful added to steamed milk. Ultimately, it tasted like watered down Nutella and was not something I would recommend trying. I deducted one star for the poor drink experience and half a point for my only critique of the crepes - ask for a fork and a plate. With both of my crepes the honey and maple syrup pooled at the bottom of the crepe and made it very difficult to eat it in the wrapped fashion in which they serve it. read more

Terrible experience at The Crepery tonight. We waited FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES for our order. There were only three other small groups in there with us. The two workers that were there tonight were moving like sloths. My 8 year old could put a crepe together faster than they did. It was ridiculous. By the time we finally got our crepes, they were cold and not very tasty. We paid a lot of money to feed our family and everyone went home hungry. I had to feed the kids again at home. Grrr!!! Best authentic crepes! Everything on the menu is delicious and the environment is super chill! Even the drinks are amazing! If you are in Logan this is THE place to be! Make sure you visit the bathrooms while you're there. They also have a new St. George location. They have a really cool atmosphere with swinging chairs that are always taken so I have never had the chance to use them but someday I will! The crepes were fantastic! lots of variety and many options. Before we ordered our host told us it would be a 20 minute wait to make sure we were okay with the time. We love extra courtesy like that. While we were eating we noticed an employee coming over to another couple, he brought their food and made an apology for a mistake and offered a gift certificate for a visit another time. Good fresh food, BUT the crepes are so small and overpriced for what u are actually getting. It's more of a little snack before u go get some lunch. Even my kids leave here still hungry. They either need to step it up and give u your money's worth in food or lower their prices. They also only have two small grills there and usually only two employees working. Before I went the the Crepery, I thought it was a silly place because crepes are easy to make at home. Now that I've been there, it has a place in my heart. The food was VERY good (I got the Pepe Le Pesto on special with a drink). Service was friendly and accommodating since it was our first time there. The atmosphere is hip, casual, and relaxing. My wife and I were even given a stuffed strawberry dessert just for being on a date (they brought it out to us). We didn't even see it coming, but it was delicious. I am not usually one to write reviews of little ma and pa restaurants but my experience was so terrible on multiple occasions that I needed to speak my mind. First, I dealt with two nasty long haired boys who sat in the back on their phones while I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. When I asked if I could get some help, one was extremely rude and treated me like I was an inconvience to his phone time. This was the same boy who helped me on previous occasions. He was very harsh while taking my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He let me know that his name was Alex and he was the general manager and he was the only one I could speak to. I let it go and patiently waited for my order. I watched him push his hair out of his face and then use that same hand to prepare my food. I threw it in the garbage and walked right out of there because i was so disgusted with the staff and the service I received. I would recommend that anyone who would like to have a halfway decent experience at a restaurant, go next door and get waffles instead of crepes. The staff I encountered was absolutely horrible and do not deserve jobs in the customer service industry. A general manager should have much more professionalism and should actually know how to treat people and handle food correctly. read more

Sorry, I just can't get passed the fact that this place hasn't ever been shut down by the Heath Department! FILTHY, there was more dirt for the floor than there is tile, dirty walls with peeling paint and the kitchen was just scary. I was expecting to see multitude rats and roaches coming out at any time. A friend took me there and grant the food was good, except for the iced coffee, it tasted just like dirt smells(we trashed ours), but I just can't go back.
