On the morning of the scheduled cleaning, however, I was notified that the cleaners had car trouble and needed to reschedule. While inconvenient, it was understandable. They did arrive on the rescheduled day about 15 minutes late. The cleaners themselves were excellent--two thumbs up. Anna and Janeina (I believe those were their names) were professional, polite, and worked hard. With about six hours to clean an entire house, I feel they did their best. A few areas could have been more thorough, and I do wish a motorized cleaning brush/tool had been used for deeper cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen, as I've heard other services do. Still, overall, the cleaning was solid. During a quick walkthrough after they left, I noticed one of my stove lights was broken/missing. I'm certain it was working prior to their visit, as I use it daily. I contacted Jany immediately, and she said the cleaners were unaware of it but had no problem covering the repair. I found the replacement part online ($37.50) and sent her the link. Since then, I've sent several follow-up messages regarding the replacement but have received no response. I can see my messages were read, yet Jany has gone completely silent, which is especially frustrating given that she initially acknowledged the issue. After finding her Yelp page, I realized I was not alone--other reviewers have mentioned similar issues with follow-through and communication when problems arise. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this before booking. I based my decision solely on a friend's recommendation and Jany's Instagram page, which is filled with glowing reviews only because it's controlled by Jany herself. Because this was my first time trusting a house cleaning service, this experience felt especially disappointing and left me feeling let down. The cleaners themselves were great but their manager Jany ruined this experience. I would be cautious using this company due to the lack of follow-through and communication if something goes wrong. There are many other cleaning services available, and based on this experience and of others, I would recommend carefully weighing your options before choosing this company.

I was very happy a couple of years ago when I used this service, but I won't be using them again…read more I set up an appt via email and for the next week or so received several emails and text messages confirming time, date, terms, payment, name of cleaner, etc. I had a 12:00 start time, received a text at 11:10 that the cleaner was on their way. Two people (man and woman) showed up at 12:40, very late with no updates (they obviously had my contact info). I briefly explained a couple of things, the room they didn't need to clean and the floors were to have no water, chemicals, liquid, NOTHING, just swept. I explained this a couple of times and I heard the woman relay this info to the man. I said I would be available in a room, with the door open, would stay out of their way but to ask if they had questions or needed anything. Several hours went by and I then received a text message they were finished. I came out of a room and found the couple on my front porch, their equipment already loaded in their car. I knew, per the contract I had 15 mins to inspect, which I did. Things looked great until I went into the kitchen and found half of my kitchen floor all wet. I called the woman back in to show her. When I asked what happened, she just pointed to my kitchen sink. I asked why there was liquid when I specifically said no liquid, she just shrugged and said "no English". She went and got a dry mop, cleaned up the liquid. I asked to confirm the payment amount and she told me. That she understood. I paid them (I had a tip ready but decided against giving it) and they left. After leaving, I discovered that the seat of a chair in the kitchen was also wet. It is across the room from the sink. There needs to be a heads up if there is or could be communication issues and and ownership when a mistake is made and neither happened. I will be looking elsewhere in the future and will stop recommending this company.
