She always does a thorough job, but what stands out even more is how accommodating she is to each of our dogs' individual needs while being mindful of their comfort. She takes such great care of them, is always on time, and is consistently kind and professional during our monthly appointments. We've been so happy with our experience and highly recommend Vanity Fur Menifee--especially because of Autumn!

The haircut and bath itself was good…read more What I wasn't a fan of was the communication before the appointment. I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation. Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

I typically avoid writing negative reviews, as it requires effort I'd rather spend elsewhere…read more However, I feel compelled to share my experience after two disappointing visits regarding the grooming of my Aussiedoodle. During our first visit, Stacey did an excellent job, but unfortunately, after her accident she has not been available when making an appointment. This led us to try other groomers. Initially, I was understanding when my dog was shaved down to less than half an inch, thinking it would be a fresh start and that I could manage his coat better with regular brushing. Fast forward almost 6 months, and after diligently caring for his coat, we felt ready to have him trimmed. He had grown back beautifully and was fluffy, with no mats except for a small area under his ears, which we had specifically discussed needing a trim. I personally dropped him off and had a thorough conversation with the groomer, expressing my desire for a trim to maintain his fluffiness. She assured me that it wouldn't be an issue as he looked "great". To my dismay, when I returned, I found that he had been shaved down to less than half an inch again! I was extremely frustrated, especially after our detailed conversation. They didn't even call me to discuss the decision before proceeding. It was evident that they had not followed my grooming requests, opting instead for the quickest and easiest solution. I cannot recommend this groomer if you wish to keep your doodle's coat fluffy. My dog was not matted, and it's clear that they did not even attempt to follow my instructions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The inconsistent cuts and paying for grooming services that were subsequently poor. There were times that I would pick my dog up and she would still have her bangs hanging bellow her one eye. When they finally presented a "waiver" stating they could cause harm up to the death of my dog and not be held responsible, yet there answer to the owners previous verbal contract regarding my dogs ears and not using anything and keeping them dry was breached and all I received was a sarcastic "I'm sorry" and her blaming the product they used I was done giving them over $100 every 5 weeks!!! I'd warn you to do your research before you sign their "shady waiver" showing just how much they do care about your dog!!

Outrage Over Lake Elsinore Mobile Groomer Sparks Community Backlash…read moreAn investigation is developing in Lake Elsinore following intense community concern over a viral video involving Perry's Pets Mobile Grooming. The video, captured on a client's Ring security camera and widely circulated on social media platforms like TikTok and Facebook, has led to a wave of allegations regarding the handling of a client's pet by business owner Renee Perry. The footage shows the moments the dog was returned to its owners front porch, sparking immediate public outcry over what viewers described as rough handling. However, key details surrounding the incident are currently being scrutinized to separate online speculation from reported facts: The Black Markings: While initial online rumors alleged that dark spots on the dog's coat were signs of physical abuse or severe bruising, subsequent reports indicate the markings may actually have been industrial grease transferred from inside the mobile grooming van. Allegations of Improper Handling: The central focus of the community's concern involves the dog's medical history and kneeing the dog. The dog reportedly had a pre-existing fake hip from a prior replacement surgery. It is alleged that the groomer was informed of this fragile medical condition before the appointment. Despite the groomer knowing this, the video appears to show the groomer using her knee to guide or push the dog, making contact near the sensitive, surgically repaired hip area. Following the viral backlash and a flood of complaints from local pet owners, the business's online presence imploded. Its Yelp page was placed under an active media monitoring alert to halt a barrage of negative reviews, and the mobile service is currently listed online as permanently CLOSED. Local animal welfare authorities have not yet released an official statement confirming whether formal charges or citations will be issued. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1329554399320662
