It makes the whole experience way more fun than you'd expect from a car wash. It's in a convenient location, it's affordable, and I can usually get my entire car done for $10 or less. I bought weather tech mats, I would know if my mats were missing! The owner came to speak with me who swore he watched the cameras and nothing was removed. I asked to see the video and WHAT DO YOU KNOW my mats were taken out and not placed back. It was an honest mistake by a young kid, I know things happen but the accountability of the owner was NONE. Did NOTHING to make it right or keep my business. Now I see why the quality of the service is lacking. Look at the wheels right after a "wash". When the Magic Crew is working on a 150k Porsche they are not going to stop work and talk to you, they are in the middle of a job. If you go to a doctors office it's the same concept. The doctor doesn't just stop his business when treating a patient to answer your questions. YOU have to wait your turn or make an appointment!!! Serious people with serious vehicles visit Mr Magic. The maintenance problems continue and have become severe. In the past, It was almost always 1 of the 2 credit card machines was not working or at best, would not take a Discover Card as advertised. Now, at least when I visit, 1 of the 2 car washes itself are not oprational at all. This past week, when Reno's major snowstorm finally cleared, the entire operation was not working. It's a shame because they're location is so convenient, right at 5th and Keystone just off of I-80.
