In March of 2019 I was visiting our friends in Scottsdale and she was going in to get a new battery for her watch. Years ago my wife and I designed our engagement ring but were never pleased with the setting of the center diamond - we went to several Scottsdale jewelers to have them help tweak but each time they either told us they would have to re-make the ring or tried to up-sell. First of all this store is located in the Promenade shopping center which is beautiful and well taken care of. The store itself is clean and very calming. A woman behind the counter greeted me and got up to help me. At first I was just there to look around but I found a beautiful ring that I told my husband he HAS to get me for my birthday!
