The food was mediocre, at best. The service was almost none existent, the ONLY waitress sat playing on cell phone.. The coffee was really, really strong and had grounds in it. The prices on menu were different than what you are charged, and they won't change them. And to top it off, if you pay with a card, they charge you a fee. I got a Belgian Waffle, scrambled eggs and bacon. My husband got Country Fried Steak and eggs with pancakes and a side of grits. The waffle was soggy, the eggs overcooked as was the bacon. My husband's grits were lumpy, the steak was extra extra fried and his over medium eggs were almost hard fried. And they will not exchange or remake(unless they charge you for new item). Floors were really dirty around table bases. All I can say is this place has went downhill. I use to love this place, now it is off my list FOREVER!!!!!!

Love the late hours at this place. always quick service. The philly is amazing and the burgers are great too. looks like a hole in the wall place but it really is good.

If you are visiting or live in the Savannah area, please come and visit this place! The staff is extremely friendly and it feels like you are having a meal with family. We came on bingo night and it was so fun! It really made the meal that much better. We had the chorizo skillet and it was really good. We also had the French toast. It was good, I just wished it was a little sweeter. Overall, the vibe in this place is great and the food was pretty good.

Yummy food and fun experience. Fantastic prices. Possibly down a line cook or two, but the cook was killing it and busting out lots of good food for the room full of diners. Oldies music played and the teal booths made the nostalgic vibe complete. I got the chicken and waffles. It was beautifully plated. My husband got the sausage and gravy hash browns which were delicious. There were peppers and so much southern style rich gravy. He was nice enough to share!

A classic style Diner with classic food, atmosphere, and decor! Anytime I'm in Savannah I simply MUST stop by here for a cup of coffee and some classic comforting diner food. Everything about this place screams 1950/60s era American Diner from the building itself to the chrome and turquoise booths. The food is exactly what you'd expect to see patrons in a classic film consuming and your coffee cup never goes cold. Seriously the waitresses keep the coffee flowing like a caffeinated river of nostalgia. Ya know, there's something special about drinking a cup of coffee in a diner like this that just makes it taste better. If you want a truly classic experience that transports you back to a simpler time do yourself a favour and visit this amazing establishment They're open 24hrs

For one, we woke up wanting to try this out for breakfast. Called to place an order, they picked up, put us "on hold", got back on the phone, and hung up in our face. We got there and it's packed but we weren't in a rush. Put our order in and in about 45 minutes, got it and headed home. The food, in my opinion, is over-rated. It could have been because they were so busy but everything was extremely bland except for my girl's BBQ Jalapeño burger. But the loaded fries just had a bunch of stuff in it that didn't taste like anything, same goes for my shrimp and grits, looks good but doesn't taste like anything special. Again it might've been that they were busy and just forgot to season or something but it just wasn't as good as the busy inside and heavy price would lead it to be. But we ain't gonna waste no food

Couldn't find anyone open at nine O'clock and had never been here before but gave it a try. I usually go to Waffle house across the street but they were not taking any dine in so I went across the street to Pacwan and same thing closing. The people working here are very friendly and the place has a cozy feel. Food was decent, a little more oil than I like but nice for a change. Next time I come I will get the salad instead. Whenever they say open 24 hours they really are and don't close weird hours like Waffle house has been doing lately. I understand why Waffle house is doing it because they get a rough crowd at night but whenever you work late it's really convenient to find a late opening place.

Stopped here for dinner with the family. All the charm of an old school diner. The diner is small and cozy. There was only one server, but she was super sweet and attentive. Every table was full and she still checked on us frequently. Three of us enjoyed breakfast dishes and one had a burger with fries. Pancakes and omelettes were delicious! My son loved his Teddy Bear pancake. Service was fast! We enjoyed our visit!

JUST AWFUL!!!! This was our very 1st time eating here. We live in Savannah & heard good things. That must've been a millennium ago, as this was awful from the get go! You know it's bad when you see hand written signs on the doors. We were seated quickly (only good thing) in a very large booth..the seats had tape all over them..the whole place needs a remodel! No pecans for waffles..my bf's hash was nothing more than some corned beef thrown in with fried potatoes! My Belgian waffle was "chewy"..hashbrowns tasted like old cooking grease! My daughters chix & waffles looked & tasted blah.. we had a great view of the dirty kitchen floor & gross garbage cab with mold all over it! Bathrooms were nasty & smelled like mold! I felt sick after I ate here & felt like I needed a shower! Waffle House would be a gourmet restaurant compared to this greasy, gross joint! One cook & awful service...save your money & go elsewhere!!!

We couldn't finish our food, but looking forward to finishing it today for lunch or dinner.

After watch night service last night, my family and I wanted breakfast and dinner options. We discovered this 24/7 diner like waffle and huddles houses - The Palace Diner on Abercorn. It wasn't crowded at the time we got there, which was perfect! I like to give credit where it's due. The food was DELICIOUS and SAVORY! Kudos to the cook and the hostess for holding it down. (The crowd started coming in and they had to turn some people away or give them a 30-60 mins wait time. Unfortunately, all of the staff but the two working quit between last week and yesterday.) Nonetheless, the cook let us know ahead of time that they were short staffed and asked for our patience. That's what we did! Whomever, is the owner should THANK the two remaining staff. They were even able to serve the mini groups that came in for takeout faster than they originally stated. I highly recommend this diner! (Great food comes from quaint or unsuspecting places.) We must be kind to people serving us and treat them with integrity. You never know what people are going through. A smile, patience, and gratitude as a customer towards the staff go a long way! Thank you to the Palace Diner on Abercorn. P.S. They are hiring. If you need or desire a job, check them out.

The greeting from our arrival to seating was prompt and very courteous. We got suggestions from the wait staff and started our experience. They have an extensive cocktail and wine list. We started with a drink called Southern Hospitality and their branded Old Fashioned. Both drinks were exceptional. We accompanied that with Grilled Octopus, which was sensational. Very hard not to make it chewy. Great char and sauce that accompanied it. For entrees, we did the Perloo, an amazing interpretation, and a swordfish. Both dishes were immaculately prepared and perfectly sized. We chose a bottle of Loss and Lehn, something we had never tried before but recommended based on what we had ordered. It matched perfectly with both dishes. We also choose items from the pick 3 menu to accompany our entrees. We finished with the best bread Pudding we have ever had nd french press coffee. The price was very reasonable considering the quality and the service, and should not be missed next time you are in Savanah.

The refund came through exactly as he said it would. To be clear, the food on my visit genuinely missed, and I'm not pretending otherwise. But Tyler responded publicly, owned it, and followed through completely. That kind of accountability is rare, and it's what earned the bump. Credit where it's due on the space, too -- the ambiance is genuinely great. Warm, candle-lit dining room, an open kitchen, a well-stocked bar, and a covered patio that had a real buzz to it. It's a spot that looks and feels like somewhere you want to be, which is exactly why I'd give the kitchen another shot based on how the owner runs this place. --- Original review (2 stars): Disappointing birthday dinner. Came in for my birthday and left underwhelmed. Our server Troy was the one bright spot -- professional and attentive all night. Caesar salad: Several bitter pieces of lettuce, and no black pepper offered or available. Faroe Island salmon: Overly buttery like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The shishito cream sauce was way too acidic -- tasted like uncooked wine or vinegar. Crispy rice cakes were bland and a strange pairing (rice blocks with salmon?). The baby bok choy was decent until the sauce drowned it out. Braised beef short rib: Tender but flavorless. The mashed potatoes tasted old, not fresh that evening. To top it off, my wife had arranged ahead of time for the birthday dessert to be brought out -- the message never reached Troy, so that moment never happened. Troy deserved better than what the kitchen sent out.

We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!
