I do think the chips were a little too heavy for the dip--a thinner chip would've been perfect--but that's a small note. The chicken pancake tacos were probably my favorite. The chicken was fried perfectly and still really moist. And at this point, I'm convinced Savannah just knows how to cook chicken. Everywhere we went, the chicken was consistently good. My partner got the grilled apple pie sandwich, which has fried chicken, grilled apples and bacon. He's not even a big pork person, but that bacon was so crispy and the whole combination just worked. Her cocktails were balanced and though they didn't really pair with my food, I enjoyed them anyway. Food. See pics. Went with deviled eggs, tomato soup and mushroom gnocchi. Simple. Tasty and I'd have them again. Capped the night with a crunch cake (? - don't remember the name) and left feeling great having had a simple, but delicious meal in a lively fun gathering spot. I requested Rylee as my server. I met her when I had lunch this past year. Rylee is certainly one of the best servers I have ever had.
