I'm very disappointed with this company and their product. I ordered the surround for a JL…read moreAudio10w6v2 and it did not fit. The inner opening of the surround was too large. It did not seat like it should. the foam is supposed to go all the way against the cone. It did not. It left a gap all the way around. when I explained this, with pictures, to them they said the cone is sagging. This is a hard polypropylene doesn't sag. The foam was not manufactured to the specifications of the JL audio woofer. I asked for my money back. Including shipping. They sent me a prepaid return shipping label, and then charge me for it by deducting it out of my refund. I could understand doing this if I had changed my mind, but they had an inferior product that did not fit as they advertised. This is their issue, not mine. There's nothing I can do because they have my money. I will be posting anywhere and everywhere that I can about this company. Please do not purchase from them.
