She told me that my dog did not need to come for an evaluation which I thought was odd as most boarding facilities require that to make sure your dog gets along with others. Was told that she would contact me a few days before hand and never did, that's when I started calling, and texting. Upon arrival as a first time customer their was no direction as to how to even enter the facility. So here I am in the drive way texting again to let them know I'm here. A young girl came out, barely spoke to me, told her it was my first time and could I see where he will be sleeping. She had to go ask! Another person comes out and lets me in. He shows me the crates and I was so disappointed. Crates lined up along a dark filthy room. Smelled, dirty, dog hair everywhere! I should of left but I was in a bind as we were leaving first thing in the am and I had no backup! A week later I picked him up and again texting to let them know I was there. My dog came home filthy, smelled and half of his food was still in his container which obviously was left outside as it was covered in dirt. Your website and other reviews say that you send pictures throughout their visit, I received nothing! I also feel that as a first time customer that the owner would at least greet me at some point. Very poor business etiquette

I am truly amazed and so grateful for Don, Gabe, and the team at Crafty Canine Club. They have a ton of certified experience and have done fantastic behavioral modification work with my French Bulldog (and myself) in their board and train programs. I have learned to be a better leader for my dog and how to keep him mentally balanced so he's at his best. The structure of the training programs and regular boarding at CCC are solid and well planned so our furry family can learn and have fun in a safe environment while in the care of strong leadership. A bonus in my particular case; CCC techniques are aligned with what is recommended by my board certified vet behaviorist and was covered by my pet insurance. CCC communicates with me openly and regularly before, during, and after any bookings and will send photos and videos of the fun which helped ease my thoughts in the beginning. Now, I will only use CCC for care and follow up training for my boy. I believe they truly care about him and our relationship. A very small investment for huge lifelong returns you won't regret!

I needn't have worried, though, because Elissa has been absolutely wonderful. She not only makes sure Sally is fed, watered, and has a clean box, but also brushes her (Sally's favorite) and stays to "play" with her (mostly just petting at this point since Sally is not much for running around any more). Extra bonus: she is able to get our stubborn feline to take her anti-nausea pills, which is a huge relief since Sally has kidney disease and has a tendency to vomit when she's stressed (like when we are gone). He's helped train many, many dogs (even some former dogs of my own because they were taking me for walks when it very well should be me taking them for walks)! Long story short, after a couple training sessions (for both myself and the dogs), they now both walk by your side and do pretty well off leash! Yay ... And ~ not only that but Hector reinstates the training in their weekly camp visits too! What I love about camp is the team truly does it all!
