We've had no out-of-control barking incidents; he can be tethered and remain quiet. He's very good on walks, moving from "heel" to "break" and back to "heel" again. He's very responsive to the "off" command, which we use primarily to keep him off the furniture and out of the kitchen. Last week we had friends over for dinner and after his initial excitement he was a good boy, lying nearby content and chewing on a bone. We even attended the Humane Society Walk for Animals at Kit Carson Park, and with hundreds of dogs and people and non-stop activities, he was again a very well-behaved boy. We are so appreciative of the work that Michelle did with Monty. He is now the dog we always hoped he would be - happy, well-behaved, and living his best life!

This place is clean, kind, and so profesional! I had my dogs stay here for three nights last…read moreweekend. I have two mini dachshunds and they are very anxious dogs, so I've never left them with anyone other than family before. When I called to inquire about a stay for them, they immediately offered to give me a tour anytime during their regular business hours. Their housing areas for the pets are clean, and the place where my dogs stayed was half inside and half outside. They were able to administer my dog's anxiety meds as normal and to provide them with their regular food, which I brought from home. They also allowed my dogs to have "human only" playtimes, as they are both reactive/fearful of other doggies. It was about $45 a night for each dog, including their daily playtimes. It is great to have this safe daycare and boarding spot so close to home, in case I'm ever away from my pets. It was a very hot weekend, so they had misters going, and kiddie pools out. They were also kind enough to post a photo of my babies on their social media while I was away, and they gave me the option of calling in to check to see how they were doing.

NEVER again will I bring my dog here. The lack of communication is pathetic. They do not answer…read moreemails, never answered my VM to confirm the boarding booking that I made. I finally texted after waiting a day for a return call. The excuse was that she was having phone difficulties!!! Don't believe that one! When I did call, after leaving 2 emails, Laura answered. She told me that my dog did not need to come for an evaluation which I thought was odd as most boarding facilities require that to make sure your dog gets along with others. Was told that she would contact me a few days before hand and never did, that's when I started calling, and texting. Upon arrival as a first time customer their was no direction as to how to even enter the facility. So here I am in the drive way texting again to let them know I'm here. A young girl came out, barely spoke to me, told her it was my first time and could I see where he will be sleeping. She had to go ask! Another person comes out and lets me in. He shows me the crates and I was so disappointed. Crates lined up along a dark filthy room. Smelled, dirty, dog hair everywhere! I should of left but I was in a bind as we were leaving first thing in the am and I had no backup! A week later I picked him up and again texting to let them know I was there. My dog came home filthy, smelled and half of his food was still in his container which obviously was left outside as it was covered in dirt. Your website and other reviews say that you send pictures throughout their visit, I received nothing! I also feel that as a first time customer that the owner would at least greet me at some point. Very poor business etiquette

We toured their house prior to Grayson's stay and it's well kept, clean, with great big yards both front and back. Grayson came home more obedient, learned how to dress before going outside and "get naked" after going outside, load in and out of the car, ring a bell to let us know when to go potty, "touch," sit, down, and the biggest thing for us is he's more comfortable in the car and listening to music (he used to bark at music like crazy). He doesn't pull on his leash as much and walks are more comfortable and less stressful. Grayson even got socialized with other dogs and cats! He does not bark as much anymore, which has been great for my nervous system Grayson got a bath before he came home and came home with a wonderful goodie bag. They used primarily positive reinforcement training with Grayson with some other tools. It was very effective. Working with Shannon and Sierra, you can tell they really care about their furry clients and take a lot of pride in their work. We will definitely be using them for future boarding for our furbaby. Highly recommend!!
