This is by far the worst experience I have had with a groomer!! EVER!!! They have you book an appointment to groom your dog and for what? Just to have them locked up in a cage for five hours and have the nerve to call saying they need more time? They should be locked up in a cage to see how they like it. All these great five stars reviews are bias. I wish there would be a hidden camera behind the counter to show how they mistreat all the dogs they take. There is no patients, care or consideration for these poor defenseless animals. They greet you with a smile but God only knows what happens when you leave your baby with these groomers from hell... wait, i think the groomers in hell have more of a heart then Rick or Apollo. read more

I took my dog today and he looks so amazing! He was in desperate need of a grooming and teeth brushing. He is an anxious dog, so I was a bit nervous about leaving him, but he looked happy as can be when I got him! (Normally when we leave him anywhere, he's upset when we pick him up after leaving him anyway, so this made me feel comfortable with my choice!) I waited 3+ hours to get my dog back & when i called to see if she was ready & they said no it would be another 1-2hrs . They havent even worked on her , apparently they had other dogs ahead of her . Nala is a long haired collie mix. She had really serious mats, and would not tolerate me trying to brush them out. I was a bit worried as to whether or not they would be able to get the mats out. From my first call, they were so welcoming and responsive, and emphasized their desire to make sure she had a good experience. We had a great experience today at The Dogsmith getting my 6lb Yorkshire Terrier groomed. The shop is new and I happened to stumble upon it. I brought my pup in for a full grooming and was very pleased! The owner, Apollo, is so laid back and great with the doggies! He immediately put my nervous, wiggly pup at ease. The hair cut ended up perfectly trimmed and just as requested. I was very specific in my request for my Yorkie's cut and he nailed it. Beautiful work! And the prices are reasonable too! My dog was matted and Nikki did an amazing job grooming her. When I dropped her off they assured me that if they could comb out her fur they would but did not want to cause her any pain if they couldn't. I took my dog there recently, got him back with two cuts. One on his ear and one on his neck, we didn't realize until we got home as we never had any issues with other grooming places before. He also has a horrible haircut, he's completely bald, tail is chopped up. Expensive place just to do a horrible job. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I had my dog Ruby washed and groomed here. They did an amazing job on her. She was pretty dirty and needed a good clip and shave. When my husband picked her up he couldn't believe it was the same dog. She looked super clean and her coat was and felt really soft. She smelled good too. They did a great job trimming her all up. I would recommend them to everyone. They were able to get us in when needed and they were pretty fast in getting her done. We will be coming back to have our dogs groomed here. read more
