The employee taking my order repeatedly made facial expressions that suggested she was annoyed or disgusted by my request. When I politely asked why she was making those faces, she ignored me completely. I was eventually told they couldn't make the milkshake without milk, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund process was just as frustrating. The employee processing it didn't know how to use the register and had to FaceTime someone for instructions. After I asked for my receipt, she printed it but walked away without giving it to me. Due to the unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and overall lack of customer service, I requested a full refund. I will not be returning to this establishment and will not spend another penny here. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made all the difference. Would have gave the business one star, but I've read somewhere it's harder to get rid of two stars.

There was one case when savory options that I would love to try the next time we come. I recommend coming a little earlier as things were sold out. Didn't prevent us from enjoying the treats we got but I definitely saw some signs for items that I would like to try in the future.

Omg idk how this place got 4 star if y'all think this place is clean it ain't cuz I worked there for 1 day just one I walked in I was 3 mins late he started complaining I told him y he said idc if ur late 1 min ill fire u I was like ok nothing is wrong w that he started telling what they do I started doing it the ladies told me "now we need to put the bread in the back" so I carried all the bags and went in and put em in the back when I was coming back to the front he gave me the gayest look it made so uncomfortable the costumers started coming in he came to me and told me "it's cold out in the store come work in the back it's warmer" I was like I'm that's not a good excuse to put me on the dish washer but ok I didn't care when I walked in at the beginning he was cutting the bread he was working w a glove but in the back non of the employees were using a glove they probably don't know what is it at 1 o'clock where it got busy every employee was here non of them were working w gloves and non of them was wearing the hat like the thing that u out on ur head so ur hair don't fall in the food or some they showed me how to was dishes I told him Ik he was like "ohh no we don't wash em like we do at home we clean em first then we put it in the machine but if there is one dish just wash it real quick like don't put it in the machine or wait until u get more dishes" like that nasty man so I didn't care I did them in my way and did them the way it should've been done and all the cooks were doing sandwiches and homose and salads and all of that and I never seen them use the sink to wash their hands like 5 hours non of them used the sink at the end of the day I was about to leave he made me go in the parking lot and made me pick up cigarettes water bottles and dirt on his side and the other side like I am a dish washer I am not getting paid for that but I did it anyways and kept my mouth shut I walked in all what I see is the meat on the floor and the fridge that they put in the meat in was dirty and the meat wasn't wrapped with like plastic bags or something and some of them were in the sink that they were washing them and I forgot one thing too he told me to go take the glass bucket from outside and change it with an empty one so I went and I was holding to bucket and it was heavy so we looked at each other he thought I was giving him a look so I went in he followed me and he was like let someone come pick u up at 3 so I called my brother then the chef was like come I make u a sandwich so I came then the boss came in he was like y u here go back and yelling and shit the chef was like I am giving a sandwich to be honest I didn't want to eat it cuz that place is nasty but I didn't wanna be rude so I took it and went in the back and ate it so it's 3 I am leaving I told him what time do u want me tmw he was like call me at 11 the next day I called at 11 he said I'll call u waiting the whole day and ruined my day put me in a bad mood then the next day he calls me and tells me come right now I was like right now he was like yeah u got a problem with that I lost it I was I can't he was like u know what ur not a hard worker and shit blah blah blah and I got offended so I told him I my don't know anything about me don't disrespect me and I will come tmw and get paid he was like I pay on Tuesdays so I texted my friend that works there to make sure he wasn't lying he told on Tuesdays so I was like ok I call him on Tuesday I was like yo it's Mahmoud I am coming in a bet to get paid he was like ok wanna work I started laughing I was like ok I'll talk to u when I get to the store so he goes in the back he comes back with a $45 and he was like here is ur pay check I was like there is a check word in there not money pills he said ohh I don't pay workers checks I pay em w pills I was like ok so he tells me can u start tmw I was yea what time he was I'll call u I was like "ok but I wanna let u know about what u said on the phone that is not true u don't know anything about me and u shouldn't disrespect ur workers he was like yeah I am sorry and then I told him about the "look" that he thought that I gave he said yeah I was about to beat ur ass and shit I was like trust u don't wanna go there I told u, u don't know me so the next day comes waiting on his ass to call me nothing so yea don't eat there they don't know how to be clean all the pots that they cook w are rusted from outside and the bottom in side AL SULTAN is nasty nasty nasty DONT EAT THERE PLZ ugh I hate that u have to give at least 1 star they deserve -10 stars oml read more

My girlfriend and I tried this place because we were in the mood for something different. We liked the yelp reviews, and we were not disappointed at all! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We ordered the arayes appetizer and a combo for 2, and we ended up getting 4 meals out of it.
