every trip reminds me why it's worth the drive. My fiancé is gluten-free, and hands down, they make the best gluten-free donuts I've ever tried. Honestly, I prefer them over the regular ones. The rice flour they use gives each donut a perfectly crisp bite - if you're gluten-free, you'll be amazed. You do have to order the gluten free. They don't have them out. You have to ask and they make them then for you. Be patient! Service is always friendly and impressively fast, even when they're busy. Highly recommend checking them out.

Incredible, friendly service. They do a great job with the demand here. We come here for the amazing gluten free donut options; my son absolutely loves it too! My favorite is the tiramisu... yum!!!

Better donuts. Better ingredients. Donut kitchen. These are the best donuts in McKinney, and it's not close. These donuts are made with love and real ingredients that don't make you feel like you need probiotic after even if you eat 4 or 12 like me. Seriously, if you are going to go get donuts this is the place in McKinney. Even if you have to drive 15 minutes out of the way, it's worth it. Each bite makes you speechless.

OMG - Gluten free donuts!!! The chocolate frosted was decent size, slightly dense, and tasted almost like the real thing. They don't have them pre-made sitting in the case, they make them to order and it's worth the reasonable wait. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. The space is clean and bright. If you are GF, highly recommend this place.

The donuts came out quickly a d were affordably priced. The cookie butter lotus donut I got was amazing and I think had coffee flavored filling. Delicious also not pictured I got a kolache which was great next time getting two of those. This place has been around awhile and always delivers with great service.

Today I got a Nutella cronut. A cronut is a cross between a donut and a croissant. The Nutella Cronut was flaky and delicious. The donuts here are unique and unlike donuts from any other donut shop.

They had an amazing selection of fun and colorful donuts along with the usual glazed and caked ones. Service was a little off/stiff but I'm ok with that as long as the donuts hit the spot. I would recommend if ones in the area!

The Donut Kitchen has a wonderful selection of gourmet donuts to suit every taste, as well as basic glazed. We chose the Texas sheet cake and the strawberry shortcake, both were over the top delicious!! We are new to the area and excited to have found this little gem!

Very cute clean shop. I got there early so no long lines. Very nice staff. A nice selection of classic and specialty flavors. Key lime is a blueberry cake doughnut base with a lime glaze and cream cheese frosting, tangy as you would expect key lime to be soft flavorful blueberry cake doughnut. Ordered a minion doughnut because it was just so cute.. soft cake doughnut with a warm fall spice mix.. they place raised doughnut holes in the box to help keep your doughnuts from moving and getting smashed up. Those were my favorite a very soft airy dough! Haven't eaten the last one yet think I will save it for lunch..

Popped in to sort out a sweet craving and I am glad I did. This store is nestled is the rolling hills near Stonebridge Ranch and the Adriatica. I loved blueberry key lime which had berries in it as well as the glaze and berry on top. Red velvet has a great cake texture and cream was light and airy. Finally the strawberry shortcake was to die for!! My wife enjoyed all three and the kids loved their glazed donuts. Price was $13 for 3 gourmet and 2 glazed which is about right. They also have smoothies, boba and breakfast sandwiches. We will be back with the kids to enjoy our donuts next time.

Loved these donuts! It was definitely a unique experience inside and the donuts are delicious.

Since then, we've had brunch there 3 or 4 times, and every time has been a delight. We've spoke to the owner, a very friendly Armenian gentlemen whose cousin is also involved with the restaurant, as is the owner's daughter and others. Plus, he's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and a number of the employees have been with him for many years. Bottom line, the guy knows how to run a business. Be warned, though, as others have mentioned, there will be a line, and there's no phoning ahead, going online etc. You'll speak to the man with the clipboard, that's the owner. He'll put your name down and find you when it's your turn. The system works, and it's great. But what of the food? We've brought friends and family and between us all, have sampled easily a dozen dishes or more. My latest brunch was the chicken fried steak, and I ordered it kind of half breakfast, half lunch style. I wanted hashbrowns (extra crispy, and boy, were they delivered that way!) but also wanted fried okra, our server accepted the order with a smile. The steak was tender, well coated with golden brown and delicious crust, and the gravy was thick and well seasoned. Eggs were light and fluffy, and one can see from my picture, those hashbrowns were surely extra crispy. We've also sampled a number of the shop made desserts, and they have all been phenomenal. Bottom line, this is a great locally owned and operated business, where the owner is literally involved and working the floor every day, and they're really doing everything right.

From the moment I arrive, I'm always presented with a warm and cozy vibe. The interior gives that rustic farmhouse feel that I love! What We Ordered: We ordered the traditional fluffy pancakes, the ribeye steak and eggs and the short rib truffle panini. The pancakes arrived with beautiful presentation of fresh whipped cream, strawberry and a beautiful flower. They were light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, making them delicious on their own without needing much syrup. The ribeye was perfectly cooked to how I like it. The eggs were fluffy, cheesy and paired amazingly with the rosemary potatoes. My husband loves his panini. He just wished there was more sauce and a bit more flavor. All in all, the food was fresh, delicious and the portions are OUTSTANDING. Plenty for leftovers. Service: The service was great. We had no wait for seating and those who visit this place during the weekend, know how busy it can get. Our server was prompt and catered to us from the moment we sat down, until we got our check. Atmosphere: As a food and drink creator, I always notice the little details. Fairview Farmers has beautiful natural lighting, thoughtfully plated dishes, and a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to capture the experience without feeling rushed. As I stated earlier, it always gives me rustic farmhouse. Value: To me the value is worth the price. For the service, fresh ingredients and portion size, you get your moneys worth. Fairview Farmer's is perfect for: * Breakfast dates * Weekend brunch * Families * Solo coffee mornings * Meeting friends * Visitors Fairview Farmers is the kind of place that reminds you breakfast is about more than just the meal. There were plenty of open tables and I was seated quickly by the friendly staff who quickly brought the strong, black Italian coffee that can improve almost any day. I ordered a basic breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, homestyle potatoes, and a biscuit. The food was served with reasonable speed but the biscuit was served open faced and heavily grilled, which was not described on the menu and not the usual preparation unless gravy is involved. It was explained that 'that's how we do them here'. I asked for a normal biscuit and they brought another that was somewhat less grilled. The third time finally resulted in a light, fluffy biscuit which was quite tasty. Unfortunately the rest of the meal was not as successful. The scrambled eggs were a large mass which had a lovely appearance but were not quite fully cooked beneath the surface. The homestyle fries were quite overcooked and the bacon was so overcooked that it bordered on burnt. I asked at checkout if they had been busy before I arrived and that doesn't appear to be the reason for the result. The staff are friendly, the dining room is comfortable, and the menu offers a good range of options for breakfast and lunch. I will try them again in a few months to see if this was an aberration, and I certainly hope for the best.
