First of all, BEST SUGAR COOKIES I've ever eaten. Hands down. Call in an order of a batch of fresh cookies, and pick them up 15 minutes later. Trust me on this one. A batch of cookies straight out of the oven are the closest thing to heaven. (Ignore the fact that they are 1000 calories), I promise it's worth it! Secondly, they make a damn good calzone. I love dough co! For under $8 I can get a super delicious and super fresh calzone! The staff is friendly. The location isn't great but they have a few parking sports if you can catch them while they are open. My husband and I went in at 10:00pm and there was a line out to the sidewalk after we ordered. The food took 15 mimtues from the time we ordered. Dough co also makes cookies fresh for you. So many students came in, bought milk, and waited for their fresh-out-the-oven cookies. What a good idea! After much recommendations on how good Dough Co is, I decided to give it a try. I had the Cheese Bomb and it was good. I thought the lack of sauce inside would make it dry. It was actually very moist and the ingredients really complimented each other. Although it was good. A little marinara inside would have made it much better. I know this is not traditional to have the sauce inside, but I would have preferred that than having a marinara dipping sauce. Make sure to take your time and you are not in a rush. Since it is near campus the area can be busy and finding a parking spot can be a challenge. All in all a good place. I tried you out for the first time two weeks ago; I was so stoked to have discovered your satisfying food options and was pleasantly surprised with your quick service. Tonight...super bummed about an infinitely longer wait, only to receive 2 flat and shockingly empty calzones...the majority of both of their contents consisting of formerly-melted, cold cheddar cheese. I got Dough Co. delivered to my friends apartment and i got the Hawaiian Calzone with the marinara sauce. They have many choices so you should check out the website to see all the different calzones you could try. For about $7.45 you get 2 slices of pizza bread filled with ricotta cheese and the stuff you choose with a sauce of your choice on the side. When i saw it i thought it was going to be a lot bigger because my friends said that it fills them up. They were pretty small and semi-filling because i was still hungry after it. The calzone was good and the cheese fell out after i took my first bite. It was really hot so i had to dip it in the marinara sauce before i could eat it. My friend also got some chocolate chip cookies that were pretty good. I heard now that they have ice cream also so i want to try that. I think it would be good with their cookies. read more

Super friendly and fast service!I got the pepperoni calzone and an order of the chocolate cookies. Cookies were very tasty and buttery. The calzone was ok. I've never had a calzone where the sauce was on the side as a dipping sauce I think it would've had more flavor if the sauce was on the inside. This place is shit. Their customer service is garbage every single time I order from here. Honestly, I like the food and that's why I am giving 2 stars. Everything about this place is so bad and it seems like their management is nonexistent. Every time I call to order there's this mopey college kid on the other end. He's straight and to the point which is good, but he comes off as a dickhead. I called about a week ago to order and had a problem getting through to them. Apparently if their lines are busy it just acts as if it's out of service. So I was pretty confused because I could only find one number online for them. When the mopey kid finally picked up I told him that I thought there was a problem with their phones. He responded with "no. We're just busy." I said oh okay because it seemed like your line was out of service so I was confused. He said "no. That's just what happens when we're busy." I was sensing a huge attitude from him (probably because he couldn't be with his friends on 420 ). I almost told him to go fuck himself right there but I really wanted my calzone. So I ordered and everything was fine. Before was able to order I did message them on Facebook to see if they knew why their phones were being weird. This is the response I got a whole week later. Worst customer service experience I have ever received from the manager Evan. I came to the store for a COOKIE and they said they only deliver them from 1 am to 3 am and that I couldn't RECEIVE them unless they were DELIVERED... on a Friday night... so I said that was fine and I wanted to make an order to be delivered even though I was already there... and the manager said I HAD TO CALL.. even though I was at the store... this is ridiculous!!! My husband and I are new to the eugene area (and Oregon in general!) and wanted something different. These were the best calzones we have ever had. The dough was perfect, the filling was perfect. I got the shroom n pep and my husband got the breakfast calzone. My only complaint is that the marinara dipping sauce was a bit too watery. Yesterday was the first time that i've ever been to this restaurant. My best friend and I have heard great things about it and I would say it lived up to our expectations! The first thing which is why i'm giving it four stars rather than five is its location. We struggled to find parking at night that was actually lit. We ended up settling for parking in this dimly lit parking garage down a sketchy alley way. Otherwise it was great! We asked one of their employees what his favorite calzone was and he responded enthusiastically and was very friendly. The portion sizes are great as well. You can easily eat it in one sitting or, since they spilt it in half, you can have left overs for another meal. Their cookies were great as well! We got all our food to go for a great price and it didn't take long at all. I would recommend this place to all my friends! read more

This is where Dough Co. comes in, preying on the weak palettes and dorm food weaned stomaches of the uninitiated young people. We went tonight to the Dough Co for the first time. They don't deliver to my house and I was too unsure of how long they take to ever try it for lunch. My notoriously finicky daughter, Captain Fussypants, came in with 'tude as usual, looking for ways to be disappointed. Her only disappointment was that there was nothing to complain about! We were able to get a calzone at a good price with just the ingredients she wanted. I was so happy! "It's like a pizza but GOOD!" she said, surprised. (Yep- she's so picky she generally dislikes pizza.) My husband got the ham, pineapple, and cheese and was ecstatic. The cheese was gooey and delightful, the ham and pineapple were fresh. He is excited to try the many other varieties such as cheeseburger and Philly steak. I had the chicken parmesan. It was very good- the chicken was moist, the cheese was plentiful, but not overpowering. I was especially impressed by the marinara, which is some of the most authentic I've had in a long while. It had big chunks of tomato and other veg, a light sauce, and a fresh, light flavor. I am stoked to try the BBQ chicken or the taco calzone. We ordered to-go and it took less than 10 minutes to receive our order. The staff seemed to be working well together. Everyone was very genial- especially the cashier who was especially (remarkably?!) patient with Captain Fussypants while she hemmed and hawed and was generally unpleasant about placing her order. He called back for the chef to make it with "extra love" (guess it was apparent she needed some!) My kidlet even had suggestions for their menu- I can tell we'll definitely be back. $7 a calzone and ample portions, it's a win! Thanks so much Dough Co.! I love this place mostly because they do late night delivery. I order calzones and cookies at least once a week and they have consistently given me fast and easy delivery service. I have no complaints in that department. I particularly recommend their Steak Bomb or Steak and Cheese calzones and their chocolate chip cookies. Everything is made to order and their dough is absolutely delicious. I really like the $20 daily special. It includes 2 calzones of your choice, a batch of any kind of cookies you want (peanut butter, oatmeal, sugar, or chocolate chip), two drinks, and a pint of milk (or chocolate milk).
