I love dragonflies which is how I came to find this cafe. Such a beautiful honor to dragonflies throughout the shop. The coffee was delicious. I got the maple cold brew.

Super cute atmosphere- ver wam and cozy. Friendly barista's, delicious coffee. Perfect place to sit and enjoy the colors of NW Portland. Only issue was maple pecan scone was super dry & crumbly. Otherwise, great visit.

This has been my go-to morning spot during my Portland visit. First thing I notice: people are SO FRIENDLY. And it seems totally sincere- not Wisconsin nice that is kinda performative. Anyway, the coffee is fast and yum. The bakery is tasty, too. Lots of different kinds of seating indoor and out. Great vibes in general!

I'm a CA girl and when I walked into Dragonfly Coffee house I felt like I had walked into a quaint and cozy coffee house in Santa Cruz, CA on the border of being a little mountain town. While I shouldn't compare to another state, I call this out because it was warm, welcoming and all around familiar and cozy! A lot of food (pastry) and coffee options. Wonderful roast with my real cup to sip and just sit while I waited for my friend to arrive. The staff is just as lovely! So why 4 stars? It was crazy busy and it was hard to find a seat that allowed us to have a quiet conversation. The number of People coming in I would say reinforces this is a neighborhood favorite however I drove from the SW side to check this place out and ultimately we left and went somewhere else to enjoy conversation.

Yummy hot chocolate and very cute vibe! This seems to be a really popular place to work from home or bring a book. Very chill, cozy atmosphere.

This place has been on my list since a long time because of the cozy, beautiful pictures and I went there on a Friday afternoon time. As soon as you enter this place, it's warm, beautiful, vibrant and old vintage style place. We ordered turmeric chai, pumpkin spiced latte, banana muffin. Everything was perfect. The best pumpkin spiced latte I have ever had with the taste of both pumpkin spice and coffee. It was perfection The staff were really friendly and awesome. Must visit place if you are around this area. Worth the hype!!

This place definitely gave me major Gilmore Girls vibes with the eclectic decor. There is a lot of seating and when we arrived they was already a good number of people there. Their service is good. We were immediately greeted when we entered. They have a good variety of lattes to chose from. They have speciality lattes too. I got the dark chocolate mocha and a banana chocolate muffin. The dark chocolate mocha was good. And most of their muffins are gluten free.

This spot has become one of my favorite coffee shops in Portland! I feel a bit nostalgic when I step foot into Dragonfly Coffee House because it reminds me of a coffee shop back in college where I spent HOURS stuDYING with my friends. This COZY coffee house makes you feel like you're right at home. I love that there's ample SEATING and PLUGS. It's the perfect place for my husband and I to work at when we need a change of scenery from our usual home office. This spot is a local favorite and is quite popular, so it can get a little NOISY. This may not be a good spot for answering calls/taking meetings. But if you can drown out the noise, it's the perfect place to READ A BOOK and sip on some YUMMY coffee. Also! They have a bookshelf in the back that offers plenty of books that you can borrow during your visit. You can tell a lot about a coffee shop based on how they make the simplest of drinks. Their LATTE, for example, is DIVINE. I'm not really sure how to put it into words but trust me. It is HEAVENLY! I appreciate the quick service and the consistency of my latte during every visit.

Delicious coffee! Interior is so cute and they have books inside on a bookshelf and a chandelier and they have an outdoor area that is super cute. Barista's were also really friendly two thumbs up.

Gluten free/ dairy free review: I met a friend at this cute little joint. The vibe is very cozy coffee house and I'm here for it. I had the pistachio latte. It was very smooth, not too sweet. I had them change it to oat milk for a small up charge. I gov wit a 5 out of 5. I had the apple muffin that was gluten-free free. I really liked that. It wasn't too sweet. I love there were apple chunks in it. I gave that a 4 out of 5. It was a hint dry but I enjoyed it all the way. I was happy with the location, the service, the food and drink. Now go ahead and head on over.

Super cute spot! Great outdoor seating. They have a really good list of dragonfly favorite drinks. I had their drink of the day, toffee iced latte 8.5/10. Overall, I will definitely be going back.

Such a cute establishment. Service was great, drinks were great and of course, I had to try a pastry and it did not disappoint!

I love the space as well, though if you're looking for somewhere for a quiet conversation and welcoming pastels this is NOT your spot. I wish we could bring the kids to hang out with us on the patio at least, but Portland permitting is weird AF. Love the merch, love the tap lists, love the events, love the cooler; what more can I say? To top it all off they have El Viejon serving some of the best mexican food anywhere in Portland right in the joint! I've yet to try a single dish that's not delicious and many are absolute favorites. Get a cali burrito and call it a day; you'll be set! Sam et al; you guys are amazing and we really appreciate you! I genuinely only wish I had more time to come spend enjoying Brujos.

I am a big fan of the indoor/outdoor flow for the space, especially on nice weather afternoons like we have had recently. Outdoor seating is limited, so be prepared to sit inside. Interior seating is not the most comfortable, with former church bleachers that are quite bouncy or large and hard game of thrones-like high chairs. The team is super friendly and will send you to the food station or the bar depending on your needs, and, with the good quality Mexican cuisine on service, you'll want a taco or two. The brewery specializes in Hazy/IPAs, to come expecting to enjoy these PNW basics. I swapped between them and non-alcoholic options since hazies are not my favorite but everyone I was with loved them. The restrooms are clean and there are plenty of bike stands to make this a car-free journey.

They are genuinely happy. I've been here maybe a dozen times in the last two years, and the serving crew is always top notch. The cocktails are consistently great too. So, that goes a long way for repeat business! The food is usually excellent, and a recent brunch was outstanding (see pics). Occasionally, there has been a near miss with too much salt on the Brussels sprouts or other minor infraction like that. All in all, it has displaced Serrato as my "go to" to meet up with friends. I've only eaten outside, so I have no idea what the inside experience is like. Outside, it's a sheltered patio with heaters if needed and a few small tables against the building as well. Bonus for this area in general is that it's a great place to walk around and window shop, and it's relatively close to the Japanese and Rose Gardens (by car).

That said, my experience wasn't perfect. I was accidentally charged the wrong price for my Mexican lager, and it was difficult to get the bartender's attention to have it corrected. It was a busy afternoon since it was the holiday weekend and the day before the Fourth of July, so I understand they had a lot going on. Overall, I still enjoyed my visit and think it's a charming place. I just hope the pricing is a little more accurate and the service is a bit more attentive next time.

We were seated immediately, but waited a short while for our order to be taken. They seemed quite busy. The dessert menu takes up a whole page. You can see many items in the front case when you walk in. There were at least 10 gluten free options, all clearly marked on the menu. All looked delicious and the decision was difficult for once. My dad had the mango black tea panna cotta and I went for the raspberry gateau. The panna cotta had great flavor. Subtle on the tea, strong with the mango. A generous portion but light enough that it could be finished. The raspberry gateau was rich and chocolatey. The raspberries were a necessity to add dimension to the dish. I recommend this location for celebrations, evenings out, or for a sweet treat just because. Everything is clean and it feels fancy and special without being overly exclusive. There was no reasonable excuse for such a simple task to take so long. To make matters worse, it took over 15 minutes just to receive our beers and desserts after ordering them. Our water glasses sat empty for most of the meal and were never refilled once. The waiter was inattentive, rarely checked on our table, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. We spent more time waiting than actually enjoying our meal. And you expected tip for your service? What a joke!!!!!! For the prices charged, this level of service is inexcusable. A restaurant can survive a mistake, but it shouldn't fail at the fundamentals of hospitality. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone until they seriously improve their service.
