Service is good and friendly. Most recently we went there for Drunk-O-Shrimpo our favorite. Great price, fresh and good amount of large fresh shrimp, a tangy/spicy sauce with rolls for dipping. Also had the pork nachos which were large and good. So large we took home leftovers. Their daily specials are good deals and fun like Taco Tuesdays and Wings & Wine Wednesdays. Also, they have the cutest bird, Ollie, who is often around and loves to be fed. Always enjoy it here and will be back soon!

There is a fabulous barmaid who helps where needed. As for the watery, under seasoned Shepard's Pie, I just last night had a talk with "Bubba" about his recipe because it is too spicy for me! It's his mother's recipe! My friend from Scotland loves it! Now I've never had his hamburgers but a friend I dined with recently said it was one of the best burgers she's had in a while! There is often live music. The atmosphere is always lively. I was in last night and had a lovely conversation about various beers. Please try this locally owned restaurant.

I went back this past Friday and had their remarkable burgers. Unfortunately, they were terrible, they were like hockey pucks. The fries could have been crispier (I asked for them crispy/well done) but the fish sandwich was the star of the show so I didn't mind. I chose the local IPA over the sierra Nevada Hazy and there was no contest - a much better IPA. The Grouper sandwich was MP so I asked, I got severely burned at Legal Seafoods in Boston last year when Mr, Big Shot didn't ask first. Sam's is a wonderful place for all your eating needs.

I explained that I had been in there and never caused any problems so I don't understand. Corina told the patron to be quiet as I was ushered out. I returned about thirty minutes later and asked Corina to come outside and talk to me. I explained that I've never done anything wrong in the bar so why the rude and racist comments.
