The dumplings were amazing. The setting is beautiful. Server was very friendly We found this place by accident and will be back.

I don't know how this truck from Brooklyn ended up in Cortlandt Manor, but it did and so did my daughter and I. Appropriately social distancing was in full effect on someones front lawn with everyone wearing masks. With all the people standing around waiting for their orders AND the fact that Vegetable Dumplings were already sold out, I should have known that the wait wasn't going to be the "10-15" minutes promised by the dude taking the orders. 30 minutes later, we were assured that our order was coming right out. When they did, they were delicious and while I was looking forward to the Pork Dumplings, the BBQ Chicken Dumplings turned out to be my favorite. I never order Scallion Pancakes when I get Chinese Food, so I really didn't know what to expect. The fact that they were folded over some slices of cucumber made this an unexpected treat. Except for the misleading time frame, this was a great experience. If you're going to wait outside in mid January, have some sort of notification system so we can wait in our cars.

Wonderful experience, really couldn't recommend more highly!!! Worked with Brian for a private event and he was awesome. The dumplings are absolutely delicious (the scallion pancakes and cucumber salad too!! The spicy scallion pancake was my fave). Loved both the traditional pork dumpling and the more creative ones like the mac and cheese. Great portions too, truly the only downside is I filled up too quickly to try them all! Can't wait to visit the Dumpling Wagon again

Love that it's made to order and delicious. Dumplings are my favorite but can't go wrong with nothing on the menu.

Having lived in charlotte for a bit traveling across the southeast for work I have eaten a lot of bbq, and there really is not much good bbq in the entire northeast. I have gone to many 4.5 rated places and been completely underwhelmed with the offerings. I didn't really like giving negative reviews which is why I stopped posting, but I wouldn't give any bbq place I've been in the northeast above 3 stars being generous. This is probably the best brisket I have had since moving back north. Juicy and fatty slices. No sauce needed at all. Just pure melt in your mouth brisket. This probably wouldn't be a 5 in Texas, but I would still rather eat here if I was in Texas than wait in a 3 hour line. In the northeast, the brisket is probably the best I've had. Can't comment on sauces or sides since I only got 1lb of brisket and a half slab of ribs. I do like the ribs I smoke better, but I still think they are a 5 for the northeast. Check their google listing because as of July they are also open on Wednesday for the summer at least. I really expect very little from bbq up here and that brisket reminded me of some of my travels thru the Carolinas, Georgia and Texas. I have not been to a place before that even remotely reminded of good southern bbq.

You can't always tell if a food truck at a brewery will be a hit or not - but this one was. The bottom crust had a nice char and the edges were pillowy. There were 4 flavors to choose from each time - so you should be able to find an option that you like. I've tried 3 different pizzas and was really surprise at how good the pizza was. Good ingredients, good flavor combinations, and cooked really well. Follow their FB page to see where they will be. I will definitely keep tabs on their events and follow them around. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like!

Craig is absolutely amazing, so kind, I loved chatting with him! We first met him at one their pop ups at a brewery in Albany, which confirmed everything he makes is delicious. The pizza was outstanding for our wedding and our guests absolutely loved it! We heard many rave reviews from our family, and they were even able to accommodate some special requests on the spot. Absolutely amazing! And we got leftover pizza afterwards, which was a lifesaver particularly for me and my husband since we were being pulled in many directions throughout the night. Thank you Craig for making our wedding so special, I know we will be visiting you again soon!

So, you might want to check them out on Facebook before attempting to seek them out off Exit 8 of the Northway. Are they worth seeking out or stopping by if you are in the neighborhood? First of all, their menu is limited, sandwiches (chicken, burger, hot dog, sausage, egg), tenders, fries, rings, mozzarella sticks, hash browns, poppers and drinks. Maybe it'll expand in the future. My first experience was trying the Sausage, Pepper & Onion sandwich ($9) and Onion Rings ($4). Keeping in mind that I've generally made at least one annual excursion to a competitor about 2,000 feet East on this road to satisfy my sausage sandwich and onion ring craving for the last 25 years, I was curious if anything here would come close to satisfying. While we waited for our order, we spoke with the wife of the husband-and-wife team owning the food truck. Very personable people. Our food was obviously made-to-order since we waited at least 10 minutes for the carryout container to be handed to us. Opening the container at home was the first surprise. Expecting to see a sausage patty on a hamburger bun, instead we saw a long link of sausage on a section of a sub-style roll - think county-fair sausage peppers and onions. This sausage was delicious. It had good texture, flavor, and spiciness. Peppers were a combination of chopped red, yellow, and green, and the onions did not overpower. The roll was fresh and soft. This may be my new preference. The onion rings were a surprise also. The coating was thick, very crunchy, and did not fall off the onion. The other standout was that there was no oily mess. Even as they later cooled, they did not have that lingering taste of oil. There is no question that I'll be back to try something else. Parking is available behind the food truck. Pull in the driveway alongside the food truck.
