    Roll Roll Combo

Came here on a Monday night and were seated immediately. Extensive menu with lots of options at a fair price. I got the combo roll and was happy with the quantity and quality of the food. My boyfriend got drunken noodles which I tried and thought were a little bland, but that's personal preference. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that our service was pretty slow. Our server took a while to bring us to go boxes and then our credit card sat on the table for 10+ mins before being ran.

I love that Bellevue has an Eastern Peak location. The crab fried rice and thai basil noodles are my favorite dishes. Large portions and excellent flavors. I think they do a pretty decent job with sushi rolls as well. Extensive menu capturing cuisine across Asia. Decent drink and cocktail menu. Wine options may be improved. Although the decor gives off a more sophisticated look it's still family friendly.

This spot was highly recommended and I know why. We shared a bunch of apps because we were going to a party after but we still over ordered. The lettuce wraps were some of the best that I have ever had. I loved the atmosphere. This would be a great spot for a date night or a group dinner with friends.

Loved this spot! Exactly what I wanted on a chilly Sunday evening. Dined in for table service and was quickly served by Sue, very great waitress! Thai iced tea was delicious! Crab Rangoon to share to start, and my drunken noodles were fabulous. Not much heat but that's okay with me! The soy sauce noodles had lots of flavor. Loved the ambiance - definitely didn't expect it to look like this and very much enjoyed it

We had stellar bar service for an early dinner! Great and well made cocktails. The pomegranate mojito and martini are new favorites! Hands down one of my favorite spots in Bellevue! The miso soup is the best I've had outside of NYC. Such a healing broth. Sushi is fresh and always delicious. Can't go wrong with anything here. The staff is attentive, dishes are well thought out, and the ambiance is a mix between casual and fine dining. Give this place a try! Five Stars!

Eastern Peak has a pretty extensive menu. I went with the recommendation of my dining mate and had the Red Curry, added the chicken. Chose Brown Rice and found it all to be very good. Curry had good flavor and the chicken was well cooked. Our server was appropriately attentive. This is a place that you could visit many times and not run out of options.

    Red curry panang

The service at Eastern Peak is wonderful. I placed a to go order of Panang Red Curry and spring rolls. Because I've had Thai food cooked for me by Thai people many times, I know I'm biased, but this food was nowhere near what I was expecting. I ordered beef, they gave me chicken-no big deal. I ordered extra spicy and when I tell you that a Frito corn chip has more spice....overall I just wish that ethnic restaurants wouldn't "Americanize" their dishes because they are so wonderful as they are.

Sunset Roll Orange Chicken sunset sauce

1000/10 I love this place so so much. Sunset roll is amazing and the sunset sauce. Orange chicken is so good and veggies are perfect.

Our server (I believe his name was Mitch) was phenomenal! We started off with the guava girlies, anti-hero, tan lines and good times - our favorites were the guava girlies and the anti- hero. The tan lines didn't have a deep enough flavor profile for us. For food, we got the Caesar salad, the green beans, the tuna crispy rice, the hurricane fries, charred scallion noodles, and burnt end lettuce wraps! Every dish was a hit but our favorites were the green beans (we were obsessed with the sauce) and the burnt end lettuce wraps. We also tried the lipstick marks, second hand smoke (sub mezcal with regular tequila), and guava girlies with tequila - all of these were also delicious! Despite being full, we had to try the dessert and tried the brookie with ube ice cream. We were also surprised with a scoop of pandan ice cream. This may be one of the most unique flavor profiles for a brookie I've ever had and it paired beautifully with the ube and pandan gelato! This was truly a fantastic dining experience and we will definitely be back!

By the bar we got to see some of the dishes being made. Great date night spot. Limited parking. This is a tapas spot and our serve did a good job recommending how many dishes to get. The only reason Noko is not getting 5 stars is because the server said that they would time out the dishes for us, so it was best to place our entire order all at once. However, we got 3 dishes and then it took about 30 minutes for other two to come out. Maybe we were eating too fast but felt like we were waiting a while for our food. The food itself was absolutely delicious. There was nothing we ordered that I did not like. Some favorites include the burnt ends lettuce wraps and Korean chicken wings. The Sando, shrimp and tuna crispy rice was also spectacular. The tuna was so flavorful and refreshing on the tuna crispy rice. The sauce of the east side shrimp really makes the dish. I'm not a huge shrimp person but this was really good. This is a must go to spot in Nashville and would definitely want to come back.

Our waiter was very helpful and attentive during the entire dining experience. The food was very good from the appetizers to the sushi rolls. Fish was very fresh and the wines were good. The only shock was the tax rate which couldn't be explained by the waiter other than to say that's how they maintain the roads. On a bill of exactly $100, our taxes added $14.09 to the total. It's definitely not the restaurants' fault, but TN or Nashville specifically needs to address the 14.1% taxes on a restaurant bill. It's egregious, but again I can't fault the restaurant hence the 5 star review.

I have lucked out twice, once even getting a duo, so not impossible, but not easy. When you enter, you walk into a small bar area, where you can order a cocktail or two. I opted for the Shibuyu Nights, which had a slight coffee note on top of the whisky and bourbon. At the prescribed time, you are led into the omekase and the experience begins. Cue fanfare music now. Kudos to the chef for handling my shellfish allergy with wonderful subsitutions. At $75, this is a steal. WIth extras, sake, and drinks, I ran over $200 for 1, but it was worth every minute. I figured if I was going to try, it needed to be at a place that knew what they were doing. James our sushi chef, definitely knew what he was doing. The servings were one piece at a time, served at a comfortable pace. Each piece was a different sort of fish, or a piece of wagyu beef! I enjoyed myself. The flavors made up for my personal wariness of the textures. Each piece was filled with delicious flavors. We ended up super full and content, and happy with our time here. I highly recommend.

In general, fried rice is definitely on the oily side since it's fried, but I've never had a fried rice that had so much oil the rice grains were drowning in a puddle of it. From the timing of the meal where foods came out all at different times and horribly spaced intervals, , awkward service and a server who was hard to track down, to the 9 piece nigiri special that had 3 ahi tuna, 3 salmon and 3 yellowtail (hamachi), unfortunately this restaurant had nothing going for it. I've never been to a Japanese restaurant that has a 9 piece nigiri and has 3 of the same pieces, not to mention the 3 most common and basic kinds of fish that are out there. Don't know if it's just my expectations are different coming from California/Hawaii but that has zero wow factor. Appetizers were mid- maybe the best thing was the shishito peppers but that's sad if that's the best thing. Wasn't in Nashville long but don't waste a meal here. It's not cheap either.
