    Lettuce Wraps
    Anise S.

The food is quite tasty. I ordered take out and was thankful this place is so close to Home2Suites. The hosts were friendly and efficient with getting my order from the kitchen. Although I didn't dine in, I did accidentally use the back entrance which lead me through the dining area before I reached the host area. This would be a great date night restaurant. The ambiance is a bit dark and little sexy, in my opinion. Edamame: 3/3 The garlic in this was delicious and plentiful. The edamame was enough to share with at least 2-3 people. Lettuce Wraps: 2/3 These were really salty without even using the sauce. The flavor was good, however. I would share this between 2-3 people. Beauty and the Beast roll: 3/3 I'm a sucker for eel and got the best of both worlds with the spicy tuna in this. The roll was fresh and no, I would not share this with anyone.

I love that Bellevue has an Eastern Peak location. The crab fried rice and thai basil noodles are my favorite dishes. Large portions and excellent flavors. I think they do a pretty decent job with sushi rolls as well. Extensive menu capturing cuisine across Asia. Decent drink and cocktail menu. Wine options may be improved. Although the decor gives off a more sophisticated look it's still family friendly.

This spot was highly recommended and I know why. We shared a bunch of apps because we were going to a party after but we still over ordered. The lettuce wraps were some of the best that I have ever had. I loved the atmosphere. This would be a great spot for a date night or a group dinner with friends.

Loved this spot! Exactly what I wanted on a chilly Sunday evening. Dined in for table service and was quickly served by Sue, very great waitress! Thai iced tea was delicious! Crab Rangoon to share to start, and my drunken noodles were fabulous. Not much heat but that's okay with me! The soy sauce noodles had lots of flavor. Loved the ambiance - definitely didn't expect it to look like this and very much enjoyed it

We had stellar bar service for an early dinner! Great and well made cocktails. The pomegranate mojito and martini are new favorites! Hands down one of my favorite spots in Bellevue! The miso soup is the best I've had outside of NYC. Such a healing broth. Sushi is fresh and always delicious. Can't go wrong with anything here. The staff is attentive, dishes are well thought out, and the ambiance is a mix between casual and fine dining. Give this place a try! Five Stars!

    Red curry with chicken

Eastern Peak has a pretty extensive menu. I went with the recommendation of my dining mate and had the Red Curry, added the chicken. Chose Brown Rice and found it all to be very good. Curry had good flavor and the chicken was well cooked. Our server was appropriately attentive. This is a place that you could visit many times and not run out of options.

    Red curry panang

The service at Eastern Peak is wonderful. I placed a to go order of Panang Red Curry and spring rolls. Because I've had Thai food cooked for me by Thai people many times, I know I'm biased, but this food was nowhere near what I was expecting. I ordered beef, they gave me chicken-no big deal. I ordered extra spicy and when I tell you that a Frito corn chip has more spice....overall I just wish that ethnic restaurants wouldn't "Americanize" their dishes because they are so wonderful as they are.

Sunset Roll Orange Chicken sunset sauce

1000/10 I love this place so so much. Sunset roll is amazing and the sunset sauce. Orange chicken is so good and veggies are perfect.

We started off with a round of champagne and a bottle of red wine for dinner. We tried a variety of dishes since we were told that the set up is family style: Hamachi Crudo: 10/10 one of the best I've ever had! Super fresh and the sauce paired well with it. Bluefin Tune Crudo: 8/10 It was really fresh and well prepared, but I've had better elsewhere. I typically prefer bluefin tuna sashimi or nigiri anyway. Tuna Crispy Rice: 9/10 This was such a fun and delicious way to eat spicy tuna! All of the seasonings made it packed full of flavor. Tomahawk Ribeye 9/10: This was insanely tender, and well seasoned. Tip: ask for lemon wedges to sprinkle some lemon juice on it--thank me later. Broccolini 8/10: well prepared, and I loved the lemongrass garlic chili that topped it East Side Shrimp 7/10: These were well cooked and well seasoned. Loved the salad placed underneath it. Wagyu Tartare 8/10: It was well prepared and loved that it's paired with nori and rice. Wished it had a bit more punch to it in terms of seasoning. Crab Fried Rice 8/10: this was delicious but still say it's a solid 8. Beautifully prepared! Korean Hot Wings 2.5/10: I could tell that it was well cooked, but it was insanely salty; it was practically inedible. Hurricane Fries 9/10: These were so delicious! You are immediately hit with the smell of truffle, which made my mouth water. Packed with flavor! Brussels 7/10: These were well roasted, but the sauce was a tad too sweet for my liking. I highly recommend trying this place out!

By the bar we got to see some of the dishes being made. Great date night spot. Limited parking. This is a tapas spot and our serve did a good job recommending how many dishes to get. The only reason Noko is not getting 5 stars is because the server said that they would time out the dishes for us, so it was best to place our entire order all at once. However, we got 3 dishes and then it took about 30 minutes for other two to come out. Maybe we were eating too fast but felt like we were waiting a while for our food. The food itself was absolutely delicious. There was nothing we ordered that I did not like. Some favorites include the burnt ends lettuce wraps and Korean chicken wings. The Sando, shrimp and tuna crispy rice was also spectacular. The tuna was so flavorful and refreshing on the tuna crispy rice. The sauce of the east side shrimp really makes the dish. I'm not a huge shrimp person but this was really good. This is a must go to spot in Nashville and would definitely want to come back.

Our friend got there early so she was able to secure a table. We started with the happy hour house white wine and ordered various shareable small plates. We ordered the jfk - Japanese fried chicken, not pictured below - edamame- because everyone knows what edamame looks like, crispy brussels, pork gyoza, yellowtail jalapeño sashimi. Everything was delicious. My favorite was the yellow sashimi. I could eat more of that! Our server was Kyler and he was fantastic. He made sure we were taken care of and at the end of the night, ordered the house sake, which Kyler highly recommended, I enjoyed the layout of the restaurant and the dark wood and bar area. It wasn't crowded on a Thursday night which I enjoyed having the restaurant to ourselves, at least it looked that way since we were in the back area across from the bar. Would definitely come back in the winter or a cold day to try the ramen.

The rice is not long-grain, it was too saucy and there's no aroma like there is usually in authentic fried rice. For the price, I would NOT recommend. The drunken noodles had a TOO sweet of a flavor and not enough soy sauce. We ordered the hottest spice level and it's literally MILD . How could one taste more sweetness in a dish if you ordered it the highest spice option there is? The chili oil (requested for to-go of course) was literally OIL....and not even an ounce of chili.... Especially for the price, ($17 and $19) there's surely a better Thai restaurant in Nashville. Im surprised this place is rated so high after trying a couple of their dishes. Maybe it's the fact that it was a takeout order but even then...very disappointed to say the least.
