Incredible sushi for an incredible price. The best omakase I have had in Nashville and so much attention to detail in the design of each course. Must upgrade and order the à la carte menu options- They were worth every penny!! This was such a special dining experience the team was so welcoming and attentive to us during our meal. If I had to nit pick something, it would be the entryway is small and the bar only has 4 barstools so it was really cramped while getting drinks and waiting to be seated.

The most incredible meal of my entire life. Truly what an experience. I took my bestie here and we got to celebrate her engagement. The service was impeccable. The vibes? 10/10.

What a wonderful experience. From the excitement felt upon securing a reservation for a special occasion, to the warm greeting we received at the bar, to the mastery behind crafting each bite, Kase delivers in every aspect. Between my husband and I, we tried three cocktails, all of which were well balanced and unique in their own creative way. My favorite was the princess ichigo, a citrusy, floral and fruity confection. Each course was prepared and presented with care. Vinny made sure to describe each bite so we could follow along on the menu. I enjoyed the tuna tour this omekase set took me on, from lean to fatty parts of thr paired with rice, nori and even toast. My favorite bites of the night included the salmon caviar, chutoro and "steak and eggs" ordered à la carte. Overall worth the splurge and staying up til midnight to book a spot. I hope to come back soon if I could be so lucky to snag another seat at this intimate sushi bar.

Yes- Absolutely worth the hype. The build up to get a reservation, the anticipation until dining date and the arrival to Kase are worth that and much more. Upon arrival we were greeted by two bartenders who were making magic happen. I'm not a huge cocktail person but their cocktails were delicious. Their cocktail menu isn't overwhelming either. We entered the 14 seat dining room and were greeted by chef Vinnie and Natalia was our server. Preparation, flavor, service immaculate! Even the songs (all early 2000 hip hop) the best. I will be staying up until midnight again for the chance to return here. So so worth it!!

Last night at Kase x Noko was my very first omakase experience and it completely exceeded every expectation I didn't even know I had. We initially arrived at Noko and were graciously guided over to a somewhat hidden, speakeasy-style sliding barn door into the intimate bar at Kase x Noko. The transition alone felt like stepping into another world. Brooke took incredible care of us, helping us explore a few cocktails while we waited for our full group to arrive and truly, every drink was perfect. Standouts included the Princess Ichigo, Naked & Afraid, Komorebi, and a 2 oz pour of Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky. My friend reserved a private dining experience for 14, and it couldn't have been more perfect with an intimate tabeled bar, two sushi chefs, and a front-row seat to artistry in motion. Course by course, we worked our way through what felt like a perfectly curated journey with each bite more impressive than the last. Fourteen rolls later, I was still in awe. Vinny, our server, brought such a fun energy to the night, he was engaging, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions with ease and elevated the entire experience. Standouts for me: the salmon caviar, yellowtail, red snapper, fatty tuna belly, and Japanese wagyu, although all were truly melt-in-your-mouth heavenly experiences! And ending with strawberry mochi was the most delicate finish. I also really enjoyed the pickled ginger bites between rolls as a palate cleanser. The aesthetic was stunning: warm, immersive, almost transportive. It felt like we had been carried somewhere far away, where every detail was intentional and every sense was engaged. An unforgettable night. I honestly went in a skeptic and unsure having never eaten raw fish, now I cannot wait to stay up til midnight and try to get a booking again soon!

Celebrated my birthday at Kase x Noko. This was my first Omakase experience and I was absolutely amazed and in awe the entire time! It is an entire experience from start to finish. We started off at the bar where I had the Kyoto Garden. The drink was very refreshing and light. The different pieces of fish that were given to us were all so different and so delicious! My favorite was the Chutoro from Spain and the Otoro Toast. The restaurant staff were all so kind and welcoming, especially the chefs. I loved the ambiance with r&b music; it gave the impression of hanging out with friends while having an upscale experience. They even gave me a birthday treat! I hope I get the opportunity to dine there again.

I waited weeks for a reservation at Kase x Noko. I had a timer on at midnight just to be able to reserve it when the next booking date opened. And boy was it worth the wait! I've been around Nashville for a very long time and it was really cool to see an omakase spot like this open up. When we walked in for our reservation, it was a very intimate feel. They had no more than 20 seats available. The omakase was 14 courses and every bite was so delicious! My favorites for the Chotoro, otoro, and the Wagyu steak towards the middle of the courses. All of the fish was extremely fresh and yummy. My least favorite course was the dessert. The mochi was powdery and chewy and we could barely have more than one bite of it. We also tried a few of their drinks but none of them really stood out. I feel like if they fixed dessert and drinks then this place would really be a home-run. But overall, I still give it 5 stars because it was a really yummy and great experience.

Well priced and great tasting sushi. Love the flavors and play on making unique bites. Service was great, James who was the sushi chef serving us was super kind. The speak easy element of the sushi bar made it a fun experience as well. Also the drinks 10/10

BEST MEAL EVER! The hype is real and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Every bite was perfectly executed, the service was just amazing, and the vibes inside the dining space were perfect. We got super lucky and got a spot from a same day cancellation, and are already trying to make our next reservation here. We started out the the Omg he has a boat cocktail and let that mango mocktail and both were super refreshing. The omakase was just incredible and we added on the tuna bonita and kreme de la kreme. Everything was so incredible we could not even pick a favorite. The price is also very reasonable for the experience! They even brought out an extra piece of nigiri with a candle since it was my boyfriend's bday. Must try spot!!! I can't wait to go back soon.

Impeccable- from being greeted by the bartender to our server in the main seating. Everything was phenomenal. We were served by Junior Vo. Gave me a substitute for the wagyu. Can't wait to return!

Great omakase! We finally were able to get reservations & got a prime 7pm Saturday night in August to celebrate my wife's birthday. We showed up about 10 mins early as requested in the dimly lit bar area & were given cocktail menus. Ambiance is nice, but there are only 5ish bar seats in a seemingly small, 10 foot by 10 foot waiting area. With 14 ish people all showing up 5-10 mins before & 5 seats, it makes for a little cramped waiting experience. That staff all around were incredibly friendly & welcoming & we were sat right at 7pm. The fish selection & quality was solid, & we loved the variety! My favorite was anything otoro. Definitely recommend the Kreme de la Kreme, & the Panda Panda Panda mocktail (for dessert)! Their cocktail menu is very eclectic & I wish we could've tried them all. For 14 courses & a few a la carte items & cocktails/mocktails, our total after tip came to about $300 total for 2 people. For a landlocked state, this is an excellent omakase. Having had Michelin-star quality omakase in places like NYC/Boston, this isn't the "best" omakase we've experienced. However, this is likely the best in Nashville & the price point is incredible for the quality! Either way, definitely recommend for all sushi lovers for a special night out! Personally, I'm just not sure it's worth fighting for midnight reservations over unless you happen to be up already!

    Stephen E.

It should go without saying that anywhere you have to get a reservation 6 weeks in advance is going to be fantastic. For anyone who doesn't know what Kase is, one get out from under the rock, but two you have to stay up to until midnight and get a reservation for yourself. The service is always incredible, the chefs are knowledgeable and communicate during the 14 courses to talk with you. The bar staff is constantly around to make sure drinks are filled. Kase is a small and intimate establishment. The bar before the dining room is VERY small, only 4 seats, but that makes for a great place to sit and chat with the bartender before your meals. The food is something truly out of this world. Kase is the only place that can get me to eat roe, scallops and eel, and actually enjoy them. The fish is incredibly fresh, and sits on a small piece of warmed sushi rice. I don't need to get into detail with the food, it speaks for itself. Can't wait until I get to go back for a third time.

If you have multiple people ordering shabu shabu with different broths, you should grab the bar. The New York strip is better than the short rib, in my view. I did the miso broth, which is not overly salty, like some. A definite win for me. Adding in the spicy chile oil, fresh garlic, and scallions added the proper kick to the broth. The handroll was truly a handroll. She said she preferred when they sent it out rolled, as there was more rice than she normally likes. But the salmon itself was done well and tasty. The lamb lollipops were excellently done. I would return for this alone. Having numbers on the drinks is likely authentic, but I love creative names. The 35 is a Japanese twist on an Old Fashioned. The sishito pepper is a nice touch as a garnish (or appetizer?). The 34 was even better. It did not quite hit the high note of a similar drink at Sushi-San, but it did not disappoint. I can safely recommend this to anyone wanting to get shabu shabu without the all you can eat buffet option you get at shabu shabu on West End.
