It changed the expected flavor of the sandwich, which is fine, but should be emphasized on the menu as "Spicy Reuben" or something as a heads up. I couldn't really taste any cheese or dressing for the spice. Just not what I was craving. But it was well crafted, and ingredients were top notch. Got the garlic bread, as in a loaf of bread with garlic clove flavoring. It was very good. My toddler liked it too, which was an accomplishment on their part, getting a picky kid to eat garlic. Looking to kill time before boarding ferry, so went in search of a place to eat. We Googled restaurants, and my husband heard Eat Well rated 4.5 stars and was sold. I was hesitant when we pulled up because they only offered outside seating and we had my elderly mother. After walking in and viewing the menu, we decided to give it a try. Thank goodness we did!!!! Excellent! Had a grilled caprese sandwich. It came with a small salad and their toast chips. Everything was delicious as always. They have excellent soup also. Their breads are amazing and you can actually get the dough and make the bread at home. My family did that during quarantine. The owners are very generous to the community also. Fantastic lobster roll! We ate ours so quickly we didn't snap a picture, but this lobster roll is one to remember. We would put this lobster roll up against any in Maine, in fact.
