The Eis House was a great experience! My colleagues and I only came for the restaurant and I highly recommend you do as well. You don't need a room to enjoy great food. We got there as the doors opened and so it was empty. We got quickly sat and right to business. Ordering from a variety of drinks and food that we all enjoyed. The service was great and our server was fun and enjoyable, matching the ridiculous energy of our table. It was a Thursday which is flatbread night and we got a could of amazing ones. You customize it yourself which is great. The restaurant itself was really nice inside, it really transported you from it's inconspicuous outside. I think you'll like it here! Enjoy!

Chicken Capris

Our experience was delicious and delightful. We ate in the cozy bar area . We were pleased by the wine selection and we enjoyed a reasonably price Pinot noir with dinner. My wife enjoyed the chicken Caprese and my steak was delicious and prepared to my liking. The veggies were delicious and fresh We lingered after dinner with drinks to enjoy the excellent entertainment . The new owners are off to a great start The service was excellent and sincere. We will return with friends !

Picked up dinner to go on our way up north to our camp and were not disappointed. I ordered the Cajun haddock strawberry salad and my husband had the fried haddock dinner. The fish was cooked perfectly and paired perfectly with the salad choice. I could have eaten like 3 more! Would definitely stop again, maybe to dine in next time.

Burger night was out of this world!! Love how they brand their burger buns. The atmosphere in the bar was charming. When traveling up to this area, I usually go to Oswego, but now I'll head to Mexico for at least a night.

My husband and I were married here in June of 2011 while we were living in Syracuse - it has such a quiet and quaint quality about it that we loved. The campus is beautiful, set next to a small river with multiple buildings for events and a deck that connects everything. It's a great setting for beautiful photos. Our ceremony was held in the garden (we had about 85 guests) with chairs set up there and on the deck as well. Our reception was held in the Mirror Room and fit everyone comfortably. It has a cute loft upstairs, which my photographer loved and used to take some great overhead photos. We had a simple buffet setup and everyone enjoyed the food. The staff was helpful and set up the room beautifully, however, if you're planning on having table numbers, I would highly recommend creating or bringing your own. Being a designer, I created virtually every printed piece for our wedding, but when it came to table numbers, I assumed that this was something simple enough for the Eis House to provide. Well, I realized that was a mistake when I saw that every table had a randomly shaped and haphazardly cut number. In the big picture though, this is really the only thing that went wrong and NO ONE noticed besides me :) All in all, you really can't beat the price for such a beautiful setting, even if this is a bit out of the way. I would definitely consider the Eis House if you're looking for an affordable and intimate location for your wedding.

Unique beers on tap, popcorn, QuickDraw! Chicken Marsala was my choice tonight. Delicious. Great service as always!

Awesome date day!

On a recent trip to visit a local antique market in Pulaski- we stopped by the Lakeside Restaurant…read morefor a bite to eat and wow, were we pleasantly surprised! Seemingly in the middle of rural upstate NY is this gem of a restaurant. The server and everyone on the staff that interacted with us were simply lovely! Kind, helpful and joyful. I ordered a turkey melt with onion rings, and my friend had a burger with fried which she claimed was one of the best she had eaten in a long time. Accompanied by "sassy sauce" our fries and onion rings were dipped in this delightful yet spicy accoutrement! My turkey melt was delicious- carved turkey- not slimy cold cuts, cheese and banana peppers were a perfect and delectable combination on lightly toasted bread- simply marvelous! For desert- and they are all lovingly homemade, I had a mixed berry pie with ice cream and my friend had a slice of Dutch apple pie! Both equally and fabulously delicious! We left stuffed to the gills and so glad that we turned the truck around to try this hidden gem! Don't pass it up- stop by- it's worth it!

Bottom line up front…read more Overpriced for the quality. My $20 hamburger was simply average and not worth the money. While my wife enjoyed her breakfast it was not without sine distractors as the hash was lacking sufficient meat and any real flavor. It may be a local favorite, but I've had better...especially for the money.

I was surprised and how much space was outside. We grabbed some Adirondack chairs on the side of the stage where we able to enjoy the music of Corey comer. We were only gonna stay for a drink but the songs were so great we ended up staying for the rest of his set... lots of dancing and drinks... so much fun. Loved the sunset views of sodus bay. Lots of dock space to arrive on boat. Definitely have to come back to try some food!

The restaurant is also available to get to by boat as the site also hosts a marina with slips for both transient boats and seasonal slip rentals. My wife was given a gift card for Skippers for her birthday, and over the weekend, we decided to go use it. It's situated somewhat in a residential neighborhood with a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant. We were sat right away. It was an early dinner for us, around 4PM. There were a couple other tables sat, but the restaurant was mostly open. We asked for an outdoor seat and were brought right back. The inside of the restaurant is large with 2 floors and was very dark inside. We were given our menus. Took a bit for our server to get to us, but no big deal. I ordered the risotto with chicken and a virgin pina colada while my wife got the lobster stuffed haddock with a drink special. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I always appreciate a restaurant that offers mocktails. Again, not a ton of tables sat, but it took a bit for us to get our food. Luckily, it was a beautiful day to just sit and look out onto the water. Our food was brought over and we got to it. Portions were large, but we both felt the food was just okay. My risotto had very little flavor, and the chicken was completely unseasoned. My wife said her food was fine, but the onion rings were the stand out of her meal. Our gift card was for $80 and our 2 meals and drinks came to $86. Our server was very friendly, but the service was slow for the amount of people there. Beautiful view on the outside patio, but for us, that was the best part of the experience.
