Wasn't all that impressed, and never heard back from him after a site visit. We needed to upgrade the electrical supply to a house that had very old systems in it. This would be a very big and complicated job. Dennis is great. I've had him do work on my condo twice in the last few months. I highly recommend him. First project was mounting and wiring a TV above my fireplace. Dennis is the real deal. I gave him a very difficult mission -- to hang a large, heavy pendant light fixture on a very high ceiling (2 tall stories). The space available to set up the required scaffolding was narrow and blocked by stairs. It was never going to be an easy job. That didn't stop Dennis, though. He professionally hung the light in a manner that respected my home and the deal that he and I had made. I'll break things down in a bit of detail: Communication: Dennis is that rare professional who respects your time/schedule and your need to plan. He responded to my texts and calls very promptly. Most important, though, he showed up on the day of the job exactly when promised. Talk about rare! Professionalism/Preparedness: As mentioned above, this was never going to be an easy job. It was made worse, though, by unforeseen complications, including the fact that the manufacturer of the fixture left out a key part. Undaunted, Dennis retrieved the needed part from Home Depot and completed the job. That's going the extra mile. Considerate: Dennis and I agreed to an estimate at the start of the job, and he respected that estimate. There were no attempts at the end of the day to garner a bit more. I appreciate and respect that. I recommend to my friends/neighbors people who respect a deal in that manner. Quality: The light fixture looks amazing. Dennis placed it at exactly the right height and left the area around the light looking just perfect. The fixture looks better than I even expected it to, and that's largely because of Dennis' work.
