I contacted Dennis on Friday afternoon and he got back to me within an hour. He came out the very next day nice and early, and on a Saturday too! He was able to take out a old chandelier and install a new one extremely quickly. It looks wonderful. I spent more time waiting to hear back from some other electricians than it took him to install this one. Dennis also fixed an old dimmer and installed new switch. I asked him if he would be able to come back at some point to fix another light and he fixed it right then and there! He was great! Price was wonderful. I bought a 70 year old house that had 10 ungrounded outlets, a hazardous fuse box with wires leading to it in every which direction, and 2 subpanels that looked like a nightmare. Dennis was able to replace the fuse box and subpanels with a modern circuit breaker, reorganize the wiring, and replace all 10 outlets in 4 hours. We have used Dennis twice and we would recommend him without any reservations. We had a lovely Victorian house and needed an electrician. We found Dennis and he installed three ceiling fans, overhead lights and two wall lights. He came when he said he would, gave us a quote and started work shortly after we agreed with his quote. He worked efficiently. No mess. When we moved to a condo, we needed some electrical work. He did a neat job when fishing wire in the walls. He cut very small neat holes in plaster and patched neatly. We had to add an extra wall socket in the bedroom and he came up with a creative solution by fishing wire over ceiling void. Overall, we have found him to be very responsive and professional. We had Electrician 4-You do new wall sconce installation and wiring in our living room and bedroom in the fall 2018. Also we had them change the bathroom fan and separate the light and fan switches, so we won't have to have the fan on while taking a shower, especially on cold days. I was in a pinch and needed an electrician last minute on a project, checked the reviews and decided to give Dennis the work. What a HORRIBLE experience. If you like unwanted and unnecessary holes in your walls and ceilings, tons of debris and damage seemingly done on purpose with no regard, lying about what could've been done and products available to do the job correctly, lots of loud swearing and not so subtle threats when you voice your displeasure with the work, Dennis is your guy. Simply the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor and I flip houses for a living. Seriously, you should really question anyone on Yelp who only has 5 star reviews.
