    The Special 2 eggs ??

We stopped here for breakfast on a friday morning thinking that this would be a good place for breakfast..We were the only ones there for at least 30min. Our server greeted us and said we could sit down anywhere..We were a party of 4 and sat in a booth that had only 2 places set. She came over and got us coffee to start..We ordered eggs scrambled and i ordered a side of bacon with it. The menu says two eggs any style but we were thinking if this is two eggs i would hate to see a1egg would be.It came with only 1 slice of toast and some potatoes.I left their still hungry..Not sure who if it was two eggs. Maybe very small eggs, but i'm used to being full when i'm done with eating breakfast. The prices were more than you would expect and there was a $4 fee added to the bill..Overall not a great place to eat at least for breakfast...

Camping at Lake Taghkanic and came here for brunch while leaf peeping. Very good greek omelet and tasty coffee. Cant go wrong.

What a cool diner! I absolutely adored the atmosphere and thought my dinner was delicious (I got the fish tacos).

Good pancakes, went for breakfast with my parents and enjoyed good coffee. Could have been a little cleaner.

Small local diner, very quiet when we stopped in on a Saturday morning. Portions were hot, fresh and plentiful.

We were absolutely thrilled to come upon a farm or orchard that does not function as a money grab…read more Their policy of pick what you pay for is a rarity we see these days, and we find this policy to be the most welcoming and the practice generates the highest likelihood of repeat business. When we arrived, on June 17, 2026, prime season for strawberries and snap peas, we were greated by a friendly young woman named Erin, who operated the admission booth. She provided us with two small containers for the snap peas and two larger for the strawberries and explained that we can pick whatever we want, and only pay for what we harvest. We acquired some beautifully fresh snap peas and freshly sweet strawberries. We visited the store, which offered typical farm store goods. There was nothing overly impressive about the store, but it is worth a look. We loved this place and even though it is more than an hour away, this will be our go to place to pick your own fruits and vegetables. We are looking forward to bluberries season in early July!

Huge place and great to bring the kids…read more We went for strawberry picking for Father's Day. I like that you only pay for what you pick. No entrance fee per person and no parking fee (Unlike many other farms). The downside was that there were not many strawberries. The ones we did pick were already wilting within 24hours. I think we caught the end of picking season. The farm is about 1/4 mile down from the market /cafe/brewery. The market is cute and has a lot of pantry items as well as fresh produce. They also serve lunch (chicken sandwich, etc). I was surprised at how expensive everything was. It was $18 for the chicken sandwich. It was well fried and came with a good portion of salad. However, the chicken itself was very small. It also took 20 min to be served. Another option is the airstream in the back. They were selling hot dogs. They had some local dogs that were pretty tasty. The brewery on premise was great. They had a play area to keep the kids occupied, tables/chairs and the World Cup was on. Can't really get better than that. There is also a goat pen in the back of the market. You can pay for some food and the kids can feed the goats. A lot of places charge you just to see the goats. This place doesn't haggle you like that. Great place. I wish they were closer to the city!

Reviewed the menu before heading there, and it sounded epic. Unfortunately it wasn't anywhere near epic. There is an extremely overpowering scent when you walk into the building that isn't pleasant. It's not a food smell, but almost a sulfur water smell. This should have been our first red flag, but we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. We were seated and ordered. Both of the appetizers we ordered were out of stock. But we didn't know this until after we placed our order, as the waitress was not aware. When we finally found an appetizer that was available, they brought it out to us with "extras on them" which consisted of flimsy fried green beans and some sort of fried shrimp. The entire basket was awful. My daughter ordered pancakes which were served with zero butter and seemed to be the texture of sand. The fries reminded me of the ones you got in the school cafeteria. My son and I ordered a panini, which were cold sandwiches on sandwich flats that had grill marks dyed on them. I honestly couldn't even finish my iced tea, it was that bad. :( Moral to the story...I will now be checking yelp reviews going forward, and I will be leaving them!
