During the summer the pool area is so much fun even if you aren't big in swimming there's still a hot tub area and a bbq area which is my most favorite part for entertaining! I've never had any issues with parking nor vandalism like I read in another review! It was more complicated and expensive moving out then it was moving into a 3 bedroom house with a back yard in the same area as they automatically charge a ridiculous cleaning fee and other fees that are not needed or realistic to the lease. Not only do they try trapping you into the lease or a month to month deal with outrageous fees. They also charge you an extra 60$ for rental for washer and dryer that's in your apartment already and a matinee fee of 35$ a month but as soon as you need help it's another 10$ charge for maintenance to come to your building. It's sickening and I'm glad I'm outta there! as my monthly total for a two bedroom 2100$ for 11months and a month to month fee charging me 2700$. It's sad to see because the staff all around is amazing but ownership is definitely in it for the $$$$. I'd just make sure to dot your I and cross your t living here and be prepared. Thankfully my family an I are other wise I would have been screwed hope this saves some people the stress. I'd rent a house before renting here as it will do you justice!

It's a money pit, they have high expectations from their tenants but they don't hold themselves accountable to the same standards. they give you a check list which has no room to actually write issues with the apartment. they give you a dead line on when it needs to be turned in. They also up charge on repairs which they don't even repair. And if they do they don't do it the way they claim to do it. When me and wife moved in we realized so many issues that they didn't fix. They charge 50 for paint but you can see they don't use paint they just spackle it and call it good. the damages you report they don't come in during the lease they leave it. they left the previous water damage from the last tenant and didn't even fix it. they just take money and they don't use it for repairs. There is dog poop every where you walk. They do a horrible job at make sure the apartment complex is safe. I let them know of a safety hazard which took them a month and a half to get to. If you notice they like to say 5 star service... the service is half a star. Don't expect to get your deposit back either no matter how clean you are they will find a way to take your deposit and leave you owing money. I do not recommend living here. Go somewhere else it's not worth it.
