He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day. The layers were soft and fluffy inside with a slightly flaky texture on the outside, and the pistachio filling added just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. You can really tell their bakery items are made fresh. I also ordered an iced Americano, which had a light taste to pair with the pastry. The shop itself has a clean white aesthetic that feels calm and peaceful. Plenty of space to sit down, work, study, or just relax for a bit.
