I dug out the homemade tartar sauce from yesterday's lunch to eat with Sea J's fries. I would even go as far as saying it's the best lamb shank you can find in Washington. It's so wonderfully prepared. Falling of the bone in its own juices - to die for. As far as I can tell, Alchemy stands out in Port Townsend with its cozy amiance, and the service is great as well. PS: I no longer see the offensive item of my last review on the menu.
