Having previously done "The Escape Game" branded escape rooms in different cities, we already knew to expect high quality rooms here. It did not disappoint. We went to the Escape Game at Area15, as part of the lvl 3A experience pass. Having done most of the same rooms, at different locations, we opted for the Legend of the Yeti, which turned out to be mostly a re-themed (but also with new puzzles) "Goldrush". It was one of the more challenging rooms we've done (listed as an 8/10 difficulty), and while we typically don't need a lot of hints, we did use a lot here (completed as a party of 2). Having 1 or 2 more people in the group would help, but more than that would be too many, as the spaces are fairly small. I can't imagine doing it with 6-8, which it allows up to. We will always recommend "The Escape Game" as the experience is always fun / enjoyable. read more

I love the games at this company. I've done a lot of them at both locations in Vegas. The staff is soo helpful and personable and the theming of the rooms is always so thorough. My number one want for this particular location is flashlights! Please. The rooms are very dark so we couldn't see a few of the things we needed to find because they were dark and so was the room. This is the only one I've been to that doesn't provide a flashlight. I personally don't like using my phone. Depths - this room was really good but it's definitely the most straightforward game which would probably be very good for beginners because you can't move to step 2 without completing step 1. The rooms were also super cool looking. There is also a "game" within this game which I think was really extra fun. Ruins - I really liked this room, but, there is one puzzle where the pieces don't actually like up very well so it's insanely hard to figure out what goes where. Also. The last puzzle doesn't really work very well and some of the parts of it would be a little glitchy. When we were there the sound also didn't work on the tv so we didn't know when we were getting clues or anything. But the staff took care of us after the fact to make sure our next room will be fantastic. Timeliner (we did this in a different location) is one of my favorites. I really like the puzzles and the different themes included in this are really interesting. Prison break (also did at another location) - this was one of my favorites. The puzzles are challenging but really interesting and you start split into 2 rooms which I think is really fun and different. Heist (done at a different location) - another really good room. I will say the theming of this is way less involved than the other rooms but overall the puzzles are still very good. Gold rush (another location) - super fun. Very well themed and immersive room which are always my favorite. Getting to do more interactive puzzles is also really fun. Cosmic chaos - this unique because your clue guy talks to you and you talk to it. There is a part of this room though that ideally would want like 4 people for. It was insanely hard for 2 of us to do because we had to keep running back and forth to push buttons. Playground - this is easily another one of my favorites. I love the theming and I love the puzzles. They are very unique and have many different school based themes. There is also a checklist so you know when something is done correctly which is really helpful. Part of this are really challenging but in a good way. This is another one that would be ideal with more than 2 people. One of the last puzzles took forever for us to complete with only 2 people which definitely impacted our time. read more

This place is unreal! We did the Gold Mine and it's up there on the difficulty, without any spoilers, it definitely felt like we were in the woods at a log cabin!! The puzzles were difficult to the point we were arguing lol. But we got it with lots of time to spare with maybe only 3 clues. Had a blast! My sister and I first discovered The Escape Game in Las Vegas while on vacation. The first time we played The Heist. We loved the quality of their game and have returned each time we are in town. This most recent trip we had an even better experience thanks to the customer service we received from Roman and Scott. Roman was engaging, fun and so personable. We enjoyed chatting about our love of escape rooms while waiting for our appointment. Scott was our guide through the game and incredibly helpful. The customer service that Roman and Scott gave went above AND beyond! We were already happy customers but customer service like this is what makes loyal customers!! They make us want to return without hesitation and fingers crossed they will still be there on our next trip to Vegas. We collect the escape room pins and they are excellent quality. This time, we also got the three Unlocked physical folder games. We are SO excited to try these out! We now have a location close to home in Roseville, CA but Roman and Scott have definitely made the Vegas location feel like home! read more

Played the Cosmic Crisis room and had a great time. The puzzles were creative, the set design looked good, and the flow of the game kept everyone engaged. We signed up as walk ins and they were able to place our group of four in a private session, which made the experience smoother. Staff gave us a short introduction and a quick tutorial at the start, then handed things over to the in-game system. Clues were provided by an AI called Hermes whenever we got stuck or needed guidance. The hint system worked well and kept the pace steady without feeling intrusive. The whole operation felt polished and organized. If you want a fun activity away from the casino floor, this is worth checking out. read more

I went here in January and i did the prison break one. Super fun but did i escape, no. I definitely would recommend you are able to take pictures and videos, which is extremely important since I am an internet personality. They give you unlimited hints while in there, which is amazing. I forget the name of the man who was helping us along. Loved it. He showed us all the other rooms even answered all of our stupid questions. Also, was funny and had a great personality. read more

Loved this place. It was a lot of fun and I like that they have four different rooms and a tunnel you go through which made it more exciting! We did Prison Break, which is rated 9/10 difficulty, and it definitely felt like it. It was just the two of us and we were told we were three puzzles away from escaping before time ran out... however, we used a TON of clues lol! Our host was great, very friendly, personable, and very helpful. Overall a really fun, interactive thing to do in Vegas if you want something a little different. The rooms are amazing! Creative, detailed, and so much fun. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of their policy of allowing strangers to join your game. While some people might not mind, most prefer playing only with their own group. It feels more like a profit-driven choice than one that prioritizes the guest experience. They do offer the option to buy out the remaining tickets so no one else can join, but it's pricey. Having worked at an escape room that used this same practice, I can say it often takes away from the overall experience. I really hope the company reconsiders this policy, because everything else about the rooms themselves is fantastic. I recommend this place if you don't mind the chance of playing with strangers. read more

This is a fun place to go if you're at the Caesar's palace. It's located in their forum shops near Cheesecake Factory and where they have the Atlantis attraction. The employees are nice and funny. Worth a try if you like doing escape games. read more

I've done a few of the Escape games here and I'd say I really enjoy it. It is one of the Escape rooms that have a bunch of locks and not that much technology but it is still enjoyable. I've done Rush Hour and the Rugrats Themed one (Now it's playground). One thing that's cool about this location is that they have 3D renders of each room so you can visualize it before you enter. The good thing about this game is that you're allowed unlimited clues if you are struggling and it doesn't deduct from your time. You're also allowed to use your phone and take videos if you like. The puzzles were very enjoyable and kept making us think. At the time of this review, they give you a 40% off the next game if you book another game within the next few hours/days. If not you can purchase a 20% off gift card for next time. Finding Escape Games may be hard if you've never visited but I'll try to help. If you're entering the Forum from the Caesars, go through the mall then take a right. Go all the way to the end and then up the escalators. The entry is to the right after that. That being said, I say you try to make sure you find the location first so you don't get lost or arrive late. read more

We went to visit some friends in Vegas and had a full day on Monday when everyone was working, so decided to take our toddler for a day on the Strip to see all the fun lights and little activities. My husband and I thought an escape game might be fun for us and something she could play around in while we got to complete the room. The guy at the front desk could not have been nicer, went out of his way to make sure we could get our own room since they were slow and we had our toddler with us. We ended up picking a room and got almost all the way through, but in the last 15 minutes, our daughter got really scared of the last room and we ended up leaving early. We had a blast, and weren't concerned at all about having to skip out early (that's just life with a toddler sometimes), but as soon as we got out he gave our daughter a little toy to cheer her up and also said he would speak to management about a refund (all of this completely unprompted by us). We of course told him not to worry about a refund, even having to leave early (which we always knew we might have to do even if she wasn't scared), the room was so fun and they could not have been more accommodating to us! Our daughter now also has a stuffy from there that she is completely obsessed with, so honestly, think she'd go through it all again just to get that haha. 10/10 experience, and highly recommend for families (just maybe don't pick The Ruin for under 4 lol) read more
