I haven't seen the movie but still thoroughly enjoyed this escape room. Adjacent to the Saw escape room and run by the same company. It's not nearly as difficult as Saw and it's very different. Don't do this with a small group unless you vip alone or you'll be paired with randos that you'll have to decide if try to do aggressive to be apart of things or just kind watching what's happening. (the group was total 8 people, 3-4 is probably best) Linear designed room 1-3 puzzles per room, great production value, some pretty good puzzles and some confusing puzzles. The actor lady was pretty hard to hear most of the time so not sure how much you get from her. We went through super fast because she made it seem like we were going slow since they put another group after you, but we got out in 35 minutes so I feel like we were fast. They need better group picture locations. read more

Surprisingly, I enjoyed this one more than the Saw experience. It was more organized and had a lot of really fun elements. I felt like we were getting a little too much guidance near the end of our experience. But mainly that's because I have done a ton of escape rooms and really enjoy solving the puzzles myself with my friends. We got out in record time. However, it does feel like you're rushed slightly because of how they function as a company. We were paired with strangers, and that part can be a little awkward, especially if you are a go-getter in these situations. read more

As I mentioned in my Saw review, I prefer creep over gore, so Blair Witch was more up my alley thematically. Escape Blair Witch was a huge let down. The things we loved about the SAW escape room were just not here. There was a single cast member. Whos entire job was to handhold you and gave multiple solutions without prompting. The set had things vaguely reminiscent of the movie. We had a room which the final solution was already open so we skipped that room and it came to and entire about 25 minutes. The SAW escape room puts you into uncomfortable situations this one does not. There are no real scares that aren't just loud noises. The SAW escape room is excellent. Don't waste your money on the Blair witch. Not scary. Not thematic puzzles. Barely relevant to the movie. read more

I'm writing the review I wish I saw people write: This is a partial Escape Room, and mostly an Assistance Program lol. It was fun! But you do some puzzles on your own, and then you get led around by the Actor that deeply leads you to solve the rest of the Experience quickly and efficiently (because there's a group tailing you and they can't let your times merge). But, this is fine. This is a great experience for a group (absolutely not 8 people, that's wild. 6 MAX. 4 for most fun) to have a fun haunted house ambiance. Loved the vibe of each room. Little loud. So there was an issue with us double booking a room. Corporate made it hard to work with (corproate hierchy) but management was SOOOO SOOOO SOOOO accommodating. Management (office manager) helped out and offered us out. They were so kind and corteous and tried to ensure we had a good experience. The escape room itself was great. Found this escape room on Groupon for about 30% off compared to the price of the merchant website. We've seen 2 Blair Witch movies in the past. I remember being scared after watching the very first one on VHS in the 90s lol. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation time of 5:15pm. Glad they have outside air conditioning fan, tent and seats since we're in the middle of summer lol. Check out their website for FAQs to see what items are allowed and prohibited inside. We went in with only our wallets and phones in our pockets. It was convenient that way as some of the rooms were not spacious. Experience: Our party of 3 were grouped up with another party, it looked like they capped it at 7-8 people. The codes were easy to medium. The guide dressed up as a park ranger, he was helpful, professional and in character the whole time. Other than 1 hint, we solved all the locks and codes without help from the guide! Not going to spoil a lot, but this was an amazing immersive experience, probably one of our favorites! The production and executions were beautiful done! Location: The building with the big front gates is the entrance. There should be an employee by the gate to let you in. Parking: FREE parking on the side of W Boston Ave, to the side of the building. Fantastic escape room. Since we were a party of 2, we were paired with about 6 other strangers. Even though this definitely felt a bit crowded at times, it still was a fun experience. Just know that at some points of the experience you won't really be able to help when everyone is focused on one small corner or hallway. It was especially hard to move in the forest area with 8 people. Also, for some reason, you are only given 3 flashlights for Escape Blair Witch when you have 8 people. This makes it unnecessarily harder and less fun. You will have to use your phone flashlight if you don't have a flashlight, or else you won't be able to see anything to help the group. Maybe in the future they can offer smaller flashlights so everyone gets a fair chance to help? But despite the frustrating aspects, it was an incredible and immersive experience. Having an actor pop up in midway through was such a great touch. Tommy did such a great job at not revealing too much but helping just a little. He always stayed in character. The theme and decor was super professional and the storyline was great. Such a well done escape room! If you're a smaller party, consider choosing a less frequented time so you will have a smaller party. I can see the experience being so much better with a few people read more

Nick was incredible and scared the living crap out of me and my friends (I mean this in the nicest way possible). We screamed like little children. Escape Blair Witch was phenomenal. I did the saw escape room a few years ago, and Blair Witch was to the same level of theming if not more. Between the set pieces and actors everything was top notch. Words truly can not describe how high quality this place is. I've done tons of escape rooms and none compare to the level of theming and detail that goes into this experience. We bought the all inclusive Go City pass. If you are using this pass you have to book it day if depending on availability. You email the team, and they will let you know what time slots are available. We were lucky to have Jay working the night we went through. They ensured the experience was excellent for us!! I've heard the team is working on a third escape experience. We will be booking a flight to Vegas as soon as it is announced! read more

What a great escape room. My only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was for 2 reasons. One it wasn't entirely their fault since the 2 other people didn't show up so they sent me alone. Which didn't help me get through the first few rooms. Until I got to the forest I got the help. The second reason is because I paid for a merch special and I didn't get the picture taken because they said that the camera was broken. I made this booking by phone, so they should have known that it wasn't working. So that's a bummer. Also the shirts for the special were xl and under. I needed an xxl and they didn't have any my size I so I had to grab one for a gift for so one of else instead for me. But other than that it was all great. Scary great help after like 30 mins into it. Oh well we'll see what happens next time. If I go back and if I want to get the merch special again. We'll see read more

The special effects in this escape room were so good! I was scared the whole time because I'm a big weenie. I came in a group of 4 and there was a couple that was put in with our group. There were only 3 flashlights for 6 of us! So some of us were left feeling useless because we couldn't see shit lol.. then some of the rooms were too small for all 6 of us. Especially since some people in our group were quite large.. so again, I stood in the corner in the dark just staying out of the way but I enjoyed just being part of it and the scare factor! Our group took a long time to solve things but our ranger Lyric was amazing! So helpful and added to the scare factor to make the experience even better!! Highly recommend this escape room when you're in town!! We got our tickets off Groupon and you need to make reservations. Make sure to arrive about 10 minutes early to get checked in and sign the waiver! read more

In A Nutshell: -Escape Blair Witch is a cool escape room based on the horror flick. -I took my buddy here & we were teamed up with two other parties of two for a total of 6 people. -I think 4 people would be better vs. 6 because of the small spaces & you would probably be more involved. -The location is also the same site as the SAW escape room (photos of that below). -After watching a safety video, you will start your mission. -It's fun to listen & engage in all the clues that are provided. -We were told by the staff that the average time spent is between 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. -Our group of strangers knocked it out in 57 minutes. -It would've been faster if I didn't accidently open the exit door to the gift shop where we thought we escaped HAHAHA. -Everything is very realistic so it was hard to distinguish what was part of the game or not. You will be in a group of 6-8, depending on how many people reserve your same time slot. Work as a team, be open, and let everyone suggest solutions, and you will have a better experience. This escape room is to loud. You can't even work together to solve puzzles in a few rooms. The actor/ guide in the room started all the puzzles while we were attempting to solve them. We showed up early, was told to wait in the tent. They finally came and got us and told us that we were late and we had time deducted from our escape room. So this escape room did spook me. I'll give you that. Chandler was our guide. He was so rude to our fellow group. There was a point where chandler was falling all over the place and had asked one of our people from our group to be helped up and the guy in our group said I thought I wasn't supposed to touch you?? Well that really ticked him off. Then, the person in our group was disabled and couldn't crawl, so chandler gave him shjt for not being able to crawl. We went to the site .... It wasn't marked anywhere to let us know where we were. An employee came out and we asked if this was the escape room. She answered with 'for the guests that registered. Are you registered?' We told her no but we were interested in getting in to do it She immediately got an attitude and said that we couldn't because we weren't registered. I said not a problem I'll register right now My husband tried to ask her a question and she turned around and walked away from us. This must be the sixth or eighth escape room I've done. It's the best and most immersive I've had. They really went big-budget to put the set together. If you're worried you'll suck at this, they send in an actor to help move you along. So you'll escape even if you're grouped with idiots. Wisely, they do pair people up with strangers. This is wise because if you're in Vegas, you're likely visiting. You might not know enough people here to do an escape room with. So they let you team up with strangers they'll assign to you. It's nice and your partners will be friendly as long as you are. Being nice pays dividends. Downside: It would be nice to Instagram stuff from this but photos aren't allowed. I don't blame them, it's all proprietary in there, but maybe a chamber where they let you take photos in the beginning and the end wouldn't hurt. People would take selfies there and it's good advertising. I enjoyed it so much that I did their Saw Escape Room right after. Conveniently, there is a small pizza place on their grounds for you to wait for the next game at. read more

Such an incredible and immersive experience! By far the best escape room I have ever done. The attention to detail, the variety of the sets, and the creativity and uniqueness of the puzzles here really redefine what an escape room could be. There's never a dull moment with all the "scare elements" incorporated throughout the different rooms. Even when we were stuck on a puzzle, they had clever ways of helping us without breaking the immersion. The only thing that would make this even better would be to incorporate a more solid plot into the story. Money well spent! I tried to book 6 people via Groupon but wanted to make sure they will honor these tickets for the same day for their 1:30pm slot. I called, but they were not open. The instructions stated if you email, they will respond quicker....boy did they respond quickly! I received a phone call back and the young lady was kind enough to take our reservation over the phone offering us to honor the Groupon rate. Kat was amazing. She was our "one" help. She remained in character the entire game and she scared the living baah-gesous outta me! The game was difficult but not impossible! At the end we were greeted with a great smile and welcoming us back! The scene and the set up was unbelievable! Amazing design. You must see it to believe it.
