Definitely surpassed my expectations. The lady who runs this came up with everything herself, and a lot of it is SO GENIUS. I got a groupon for Christmas and went with three of my friends - you book ahead of time online, and we got to do it with just our group and no strangers. The group before us was running a little late, so Brenda actually called me to let me know ahead of time so we could come in a bit later (which I really appreciated). The classroom theme of the room was fantastic. My friends and I are grad students and we found it challenging, but totally doable. It was pretty exhilarating and you definitely have to think outside of the box. You're allowed to ask her for help if your group gets stuck (she gives you 5 clues max). We solved it with a minute 30 to spare, and it was literally the greatest feeling in the world. Definitely worth the money for a group of 4-7 of your friends. This was my first experience with an escape room and I really enjoyed it! I didn't really know what to expect but it was basically a series of clues that lead you to another clue etc. it kind of reminded me of a treasure hunt. The story for this escape room was pretty thought out and went well with the ultimate theme. I felt like a detective and it was very engaging. I reserved a spot for four people, two adults and two teenagers. The max is 10 people but there was no one else so we had the room to ourselves. We all had a really good time working together. I especially loved the theme of the room. It was totally immersive and really felt like a classroom. Lots of fun! We came here for our team building exercise for work. It definitely helped highlight our skills and strengthened us as a team. I will definitely be back and I would love to see more themes and puzzles. For anyone doing Escape Rooms for the first time, my advice for you would be to communicate everything because you never know what someone else might see that you don't. It was just ok. This was my first experience at an escape room. I guess I just expected a little bit more. This place is a little hole in the wall office space with just one tiny room set up for the escape room. It was very low budget. The game and clues were good. First time trying an escape room. There's only 1 escape room to choose from which is the elementary school one. We made a reservation bc there was 10 in our group ranging between 13 & 40-something. It was a blast! If you're into trivia & solving problems, this is for you. Just be sure to pick someone to be the "leader" & communicate with each other otherwise you'll fight over clues or work on a clue that's already been solved. Great experience ! Went with my cousins and our significant others, and it was great to being together, thinking and working, instead of just going out to the mall . The person there (not sure if his name was really Daniel or if it was just part of the puzzle) was funny, informative, and helped make sure we had a good time . Four of went on a Saturday night. We had a great time. We didn't complete it in 1 hour. We were probably 5 minutes away from finishing. I thought it was a good level of difficulty. I personally wouldn't recommend groups larger than 4 people but I see some people have made it work. read more

Located the space easily and the host Daniel was on time for the appointment. He was very professional in explaining the rules and the scenario. The game itself was an interesting escape scenario. It was called Classroom Lockdown. My group of 6 was horrible at solving the puzzles and probably even more horrible at working together, lol. I felt a little embarrassed at the thought of the host watching and listening in and probably thinking how bad we were at communication and problem solving, haha! After we used all our hints and having less than 5 minutes left, we started to get the hang of it and working as a team. We were on a roll but by then it was too little too late. I enjoyed this escape room scenario even though it wasn't as elaborate as the other one I played in San Jose and that is the reason for the 4 star rating. The puzzles weren't too difficult (even though we had such a hard time lol) and the flow of the problem solving wasn't stagnant. Everything kept you thinking and on your toes throughout the entire scenario as you are playing. I'd like to come back and escape the room next time! read more

Stopped by the business to book a room but was referred to their website for availability. Tried their website but could not purchase tickets online. We tried three different devices, but all were sent an "invalid link" message. Called their phone number, but again, we were told that booking had to be done online. I wonder how long these folks will be in business if they continue to make it impossible for customers to book a room. So, I can't rate anything except their ineffective customer service, and today, that was a big fat zero. I recommend Limitless in the Lincoln Center, where you will most likely find Alex at the front desk, and she will provide you with excellent customer service! read more

So this was our second escape room and we wer3 so bummed we didn't get it. We were so close! Just needed one more minute! Very entertaining! Puzzles were tough. Enjoyed every minute.
