To add insult to injury, now the sauna is broken, and it has been "down for repairs" for about 2 weeks now. This LA Fitness location is the worse I've ever experienced. The pool and sauna is what sets them apart from other gyms. With those not working, I can go to that other gym and pay only $10.00 a month. I'm paying extra money for nothing extra. That concept makes no sense!

The crowd is very slow, quiet and machines are available to hen we come early enough. We have come later than our desired time a few times, it's more crowded and less machines readily available. I appreciate all of the sanitation stations placed around the gym. I enjoy the friendly staff. They so am as we enter and as we leave each time. I have also been able to get some assistance in machine and workout suggestions when I've inquired at the front counter.
